I’m not sure if this app is for US only accounts or if the app needs some tweaks? At the moment this app is just sitting on my iPhone as I can’t use it without being able to sign in. (I sign in on the website fine) ### 1/5 — Old?! *2023-01-22, version 4.4.0* I only see articles from 2-3 years ago. Did they shutdown operations a while back? ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2021-06-09, version 4.3.0* I purchased a 1 yr. magazine subscription im Feb. of 2021 in early March of 2021 I decided it was not 4 me and i x’lld it. I’ve been waiting since for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription. I finally got in touch w/The office Mgr there Jean Daniels and she offered nothing but excuses and became defensive when i asked about getting my refund. She was also rude to me w.her tone of voice and mannerisms used. I x’lled it in early March today id June 9th and I still don’t have the refund. I’ve submitted a complaint w/the FTC and the BBB im going to let them handle it from here. It seems to be getting more and more boring articles in it. Less information of growing or other information on seed banks and coffee shops. If I buy an issue through the app, the cover and all of the ads contained within will load no problem, but the moment you get to a page containing actual content, the articles within, I get “wheel of deathed.” The load wheel starts spinning amidst a white backdrop and no content ever loads. I have literally allowed it hours to process and no article will ever shows up. So basically you are paying money to behold a shiny cover and a flipbook of abs, but no actual substance, and I am very displeased, because it has been like this for over a year since I first downloaded it, and no one has fixed it. ### 1/5 — Worst ever *2018-12-31, version 3.4* Don’t bother wasting your time with this subscription. I got the subscription bc the language they use makes it appear as though once you subscribe you will have full access to the library. Not the case. It allowed me to download two random magazines, the Dec 2017 and the Feb 2019. I cannot read my issue of Dec 2018 and the amount of time I have spent trying to contact High Times to cancel my subscription and get my money back is also a GD joke. Hey HIGH TIMES, please feel free to reach out to me so I can cancel my subscription. ### 1/5 — Misleading headlines, terrible basic content ADtastic *2018-11-28, version 3.4* Deeply disappointing and a complete waste of money. Misleading headlines, terrible sparse basic content, Adverts, advertorials, really really poor. I actually am shocked how bad this publication is. I thought this app would be the same as the archive website. I subscribed, thinking that it was $2 cheaper than the website because sometimes you get discounts when using apps. No. If you subscribe on the app you get nothing. I can access one magazine. That’s it. There’s no way to even contact anyone for support. It’s ridiculous. I am so disappointed and angry to be out $2.99.
