The 12-step process in Sober Bud has been a game-changer for me, helping me overcome anxiety around a few key challenges. The app’s focus on identifying triggers and building awareness is incredibly insightful. One of my favorite features is the gratitude streak—it encourages me to consistently reflect on and appreciate the people and things I’m thankful for every day. Maintaining these streaks has been a powerful motivator, keeping me inspired to continue on this journey. Highly recommend it!
