I don’t received any type of notification from the app!!

I updated the app on my iPhone 13 and now since I updated it I have no sound. I checked the settings on my phone everything is on. I noticed on the app, there isn’t an option for sounds. I am missing text from clients because I have no sound. Please help!

With the new update, you can view tasks in a list but it's useless on the mobile because you can't go to the contact anymore. So what's the point if you need to do more work remembering the number to look up the contact for each task. They just made it look different and pretty but it's not functional at all and now has barely much purpose other that being a list

I signed up for a free trial. Was put on a phone call with a sales rep the next day who talked me into pre-paying for 1 year. I then was not able to be helped by the app, and what was promised was never delivered! I then asked to cancel my account (within 10 days - still within what would be the 14 day trial period). They said its non-refundable and now my account is canceled, I have no access, AND they have not refunded it! Horrible!!
