I had just got on and it said sorry due to no info which I just clicked on the app I didn’t do anything we cannot let you on this app please try again later I try 4 months later and it says the same thing

It seems that on the day you left your comment, many user experienced this issue, but previous day were no problem. I need to will implement recovery mechanisms as soon as possible. could not reuse it after one year in spite of paying 2x not resolved due to lack of commumication. No way to get ahold of them.

No way to contact them I had to pay twice to get what I wanted still no access to 1st covers. No help page
