That’s the entirety of my activity. When I contacted support, I received the same generic response many others seem to get: that I had “violated the Terms of Use.” Apparently uploading a receipt and logging in the following day is enough to trigger a suspension. After reading through other reviews, it appears I’m far from the only person who has experienced this. The lack of a clear explanation from support is frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the platform. I also noticed numerous five-star reviews that seem questionable, which raises concerns about the authenticity of the ratings.
