### 2/5 — Contact syncing with my iPhone is a disaster

*2020-08-14*

If you don’t have a lead programmed in your phone before entered into Highrise, your phone will see it as being part of the singular High-rise contact. Trying to text or email or creating a contact for that number is a nightmare.

### 2/5 — Needs an Update!!

*2019-03-01*

Good app, however there are a few glitches: double entry notes on iPhones, not able to check off tasks, and trouble locating company entries from the search.

### 2/5 — Can't login with Google

*2018-08-15, version 3.1.1*

We had to switch to login with Google, which can be done in the web version. Unfortunately, now the app cannot be used anymore, since it has no login with Google option.

### 2/5 — App not great for cases & deals

*2018-06-07, version 3.1.1*

Desktop version of this program is great but fails when you need access from you phone or tablet.
The app only allows you to manage contacts and tasks, you cannot view or add cases and deals.

### 2/5 — No Deals or Cases

*2018-06-07, version 3.1.1*

Not a bad access point to view your accounts contacts and task management, however, No access to deals or cases...renders it helpful 50% of the time for our company. App Updates to show cases and deals to help our staff manage their day to day use whilst out of the office, would bump this rating a hell of alot higher than what it's currently at!

### 2/5 — Needs more features

*2018-02-25*

Why is it that I can’t find a way to add Tags from the mobile app? That’s something basic that needs to be accomplished with a few clicks

### 4/5 — Needs Deal Functionality

*2018-01-30*

Looks great and seem to run smoothly, but without deals, not super useful

### 3/5 — Guter Ansatz aber...

*2018-01-23, version 3.1*

... es gibt noch ein paar Funktionen die nur über die Webseite gehen und nicht über die App.

Weiterhin ist die App nicht fit für das iPhoneX.

### 3/5 — Needs Deal management

*2017-11-07*

The app is awesome, but not having Deals functionality is the reason for the low score.

### 4/5 — Highrise is a great CRM for our company

*2017-08-07*

We're a small sales organization with tons of complex intereaction with our customers. We depend heavily and love Highrise on our desktops and laptops. I've been a beta tester for the upgraded iOS app for a few months and have been happy to see everything they've added and improved in this latest version. Very happy to see the improvemenets in clarity, power, features. Looking forward to putting this final release thru its paces and have the rest of our team start using it.

### 2/5 — No Cases or Deals

*2017-04-28, version 2.0*

App doesn't appear to work with cases or deals so it's pretty useless for a large majority of highrise users.

### 3/5 — Good mobile companion for Highrise, but needs more functionality

*2017-01-04, version 2.0*

If you use Highrise CRM this is a decent app to own, although it's missing much of the functionality of the standard web interface.

### 2/5 — iOS 9.3.2 crashes

*2016-07-04, version 2.0*

Crashes with latest iOS update. Doesn't stay open.
Before worked well.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-05-21, version 3.1.2*

Avoid dowload it

### 1/5 — TERRIBLE

*2020-08-24, version 3.1.2*

I pressed create account and it said oops ,that isn't right you may of typed the URL code incorrectly. However it didn't give me anything to type so I didn't even get to try this app

### 1/5 — Hopefully will change soon

*2020-03-12*

But I can’t make an account on the app. So yeah not off to a great start.

### 1/5 — ?

*2019-06-05*

Was recommended by a YouTuber. When I went to create an account, it automatically gave me an error, what kind of app doesn’t even let you make an account??

### 1/5 — Crapp

*2019-02-26, version 3.1.2*

It’s a hopeless app, no access to deals and the the UX is not logical.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t create a new user! Error

*2019-02-18*

Gives an invalid user error in the app when I try to create a new account.

### 1/5 — Can’t connect to Highrise

*2018-03-16*

Each time I try use the app I get a network error issue - but my internet connection is perfect.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app countless times to no avail.

Very annoying, can’t use the app at all...

### 1/5 — Where are the deals?

*2018-03-06, version 3.1*

Had a look into the app and wasted my time. Dient find what I was looking for (specific deal details).

### 1/5 — You can't work using the app

*2017-10-03, version 3.0.2*

I need to be on my laptop to work on highrise. The mobile app is useless: you can't see forwarded email on the app, it just shows 3 lines and that's it.

### 1/5 — Bad glitch when editing a contact!

*2017-04-27*

Do not try to "edit" a phone number in this app unless you have the entire phone number in hand!

One of our staff accidentally typed in one extra digit in a clients contact. So, in the app, I tried to call the client and sure enough, the call didn't go thru because there was too many digits.

So, I click "edit" to delete the one extra digit, except when I hit backspace, it deleted the entire number! What's worse, I realized his and purposely avoided clicking "save" so it wouldn't save the error. Instead I clicked "cancel" which should have prevented any of my changes to be saved, but it didn't. It permanently deleted the phone number ! Wow. Who would know I would lose a clients info so quickly.

First, I don't think he backspace should delete the whole number. Editing is exactly that, to edit, not erase and rewrite especially on the go(hence app functionality). Second, if it does delete it completely, shouldn't the "cancel" option avoid the delete from being permanent?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app for the money

*2024-03-01, version 3.1.2*

We’ve been using Highrise CRM for 10 years now. Simple to set up, simple to use. It’s only as good as the information you put in, like all CRM systems, It’s downfall is human intervention!
It’s great value for money.

### 5/5 — i use it!

*2023-12-01, version 3.1.2*

thats a terrible review ive just read, this is handy and i still use it often for notes about clients and work stuff. so anyway the reason im here is because the icon has disappeared from my iphone 11 app list so ive had to open it from the itunes store. surely something is wrong here.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2017-10-26*

I use Highrise on my laptop most of the time, but the iOS app is perfect for when I can’t be near my computer. I can still keep up with the team’s activity, look up contacts and even tag them.

### 5/5 — Great App for even better Cloud CRM

*2017-08-08, version 3.0.1*

Been using Highrise for a while now and participated in the new iOS 3 Beta. App and Service is very easy to use. Team is very responsive to questions. If you got a "special" use case, check out their blog or write their support a note they are extremely helpful, they really want you succeed using their service. Most likely you will never need their help but if you think you do, contact them.

### 5/5 — Just Right

*2017-08-07*

The perfect CRM for a small business with multiple offices. We use Highrise to coordinate several offices and hundreds of clients. The mobile app is is great for entering quick notes or adding new contacts on the fly when out in the field. Take conversations out of email and put them in Highrise.

### 5/5 — Fast, efficient way to look up contacts

*2017-08-07, version 3.0.1*

We have more than 50k contacts in Highrise and I love the app to be fast and slick never the less. During it's beta I have used it often to look up mail addresses and phone numbers on the go or dive into the recent activity. It's a good companion to the CRM and a real app. Would love to be able to add and change tags and look into deals.

### 5/5 — More options, nice progress!

*2017-08-06, version 3.0.1*

The app so far was already very helpful for my work. The new version delivers some really important features now, especially for editing contacts in regard to tags and custom fields. Cases now would be on my wish list, at least that I could assign a person, a note or an e-mail to a case. However, great job, keep going!

### 5/5 — Polished

*2015-07-09, version 2.0*

What it does it does well. Great to see it back with active development.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2015-07-07, version 2.0*

Great feature: if you click on the phone number: a call starts. The app works as expected. Great stuff.

### 5/5 — A much needed update

*2015-06-15*

I have been using Highrise for many years and this new app is just the thing I've been waiting for! It's a great way to use Highrise on the go. The team that put this together was very responsive to feedback on the beta and they did a excellent job!
