We appreciate all of our Waitlist users. We've decided to temporarily pause offering our in-app product due to a recent SEC ruling, and our choice to stay ahead of potential regulations. Our hope is that we can start letting users in from the waitlist in the near future. We hope to see you on the app at that time!” ### 1/5 — Can't create to wait *2022-04-08* Tried 3x to create an account to join the wait-list. Kept getting app errors. Yikes onboarding. Just trying to simply join a wait list. ### 1/5 — Stick to BlockFi. They lock your account *2021-10-19* I thought this app was good and revolutionary but they ended limiting customers who have less than 25K in assets, and asks everyone to withdraw by the end of the month. Then they put everyone under review, including me. I had high hopes of this app and company but they are nothing but another PayPal, which I will seek business elsewhere. They don’t even have a lot of coins and they have too many limits in transferring and adding money. I would go to BlockFi. **Developer response:** We understand your frustration. We'll make sure you're one of the first to know. ### 1/5 — No list of purchasable coins *2021-05-07* without giving me a preview of what coins i can hope to buy, you have killed my interest... btc and eth are obvious, but what others? their videos brag about superior UX... what UX is there if you can’t preview a list of buyable alt coins!!! **Developer response:** Hi there! Although it's on the roadmap, buying and exchanging coins is not a current feature on the app. Genesis Block is not an exchange, but a banking experience with spending and growth accounts. I’ve been lucky enough to be one of the beta users since Nov of 2020. The team building it is super mission driven and extremely talented. The design, UX and banking features are intuitive and impressive. Normally setup and KYC takes time (especially for those who live in territories of the US) but in 5 minutes I was able to setup the account, go through verification, order my debit card, connect bank accounts and fund the new GB account! If future features and build outs are this smooth Genesis Block will be one of the best crypto enabled banking apps for the masses out there. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review! The beautifully simple user experience is second-to-none, and the 8% APY savings is unmatched. Once all of the features are released this app will be better than any bank. This is the beginning of the end for traditional banking. Please someone give me a golden ticket. I want to replace my out of date fiat banks with Genesis Block. I keep all my money in crypto now and the only way I can access it as of right now is to buy some bitcoin and send it to my cashapp which costs network fees and cashapp fees.
