### 4/5 — Add Apple health app

*2026-07-09*

It would be great if blood pressure would sync to Apple health app.

### 3/5 — Why no apple health integration

*2025-08-28*

Cool but why doesn't it sync my blood pressure readings to apple health

### 2/5 — Useful machines, useless app

*2025-04-03*

It’s been years and still no Apple Health integration.

### 3/5 — Still No Apple Health

*2025-02-20*

The app is easy to use. It’s easy to login into. I just don’t understand why they have not added Apple Health integration I’d be willing to pay for it honestly, but they just seem to ignore the most requested feature.

### 2/5 — Not impressed so far

*2024-11-10*

The app won’t store its id and password in the iPhone or support Face ID. No excuse in this day and age.

### 4/5 — Health app compatibility

*2024-07-07*

This app is almost perfect and it would be really good if it could be made compatible with Apple’s Health App.

### 3/5 — Need to share with Apple Health

*2024-02-10*

Decent app. Easy to use. Frustrating that it doesn’t share data with Apple health.

### 4/5 — Works well!

*2023-12-31*

I like visiting my local Higi station and have done so since I had a difficult pregnancy with preeclampsia 7 years ago. It’s a great way for me to quickly check my blood pressure is remaining I check. I wish it sent the data to Apple health so I didn’t have to go manually enter it each time.

### 3/5 — Decent app

*2023-05-17*

Decent app to show your recent visits to one of the kiosks. Would be 5 star if it took the data it already has and shared it with Apple Health so I can see all of my health data in one place from all sources.

**Developer response:** Trevvy,

Thanks for reaching out and we are glad you enjoy the app! We have passed along your note about allowing data from other sources to our dev team so they are aware of the demand for that feature. Hopefully with enough attention and demand that will be a feature we can add to user accounts in the future.

### 3/5 — Problem getting on.

*2023-01-07*

Was always great. Recently the app just welcomes and then goes blank. Going through the search engine and entering the required information it won’t even go to the site. Any suggestions?

**Developer response:** We apologize for that inconvenience, and are happy to be able to say that this issue has been fixed. Please update to the latest version of our Higi app in order to receive that fix.

### 2/5 — It’s 2022 and it’s still doesn’t integrate with the health app

*2022-03-01*

This app is of limited interest as long as it doesn’t write the data into the Health app. It’s 2022 I’m still waiting for this feature.

### 3/5 — So disappointed with the update , no graphs!

*2021-11-19, version 4.0.12609*

Updated review; I had originally given one star (original review “I really want the line graphs back, showing changes over time!!!”)

New update allows some version of line graph showing changes over time, although limited to 90 day max, therefore new 3 stars.

### 3/5 — Bad at visualizing long term data

*2021-11-06, version 4.0.11661*

If you get your blood pressure checked here weekly like I do, you will only be able to see four data points at a time because you have to view by month. How about allowing us an option to see a year’s worth of results and so be able to see more effectively how we’ve made changes over the long term? Such a simple and user-friendly change. I remember this app used to be better when I used it pre-pandemic. Not sure what changed.

### 4/5 — Missing functionality

*2021-10-11, version 4.0.11063*

3.5 stars, rounded up.

It’s been a while since I’ve needed to open this app, what with the pandemic and all restricting access to my local Wellness Station. So I was surprised when I loaded it up after a stop, and discovered that a lot of the old functionality was missing.

The app no longer reports back to the Jealth app, which means an extra step to get my data into it. As well, it no longer appears to have any visualizations of my data any longer than the last month, so I can’t see my progress and maintenance at a glance, or see trends.

Other than that, it’s good. It gets data from the Wellness Station almost immediately, and presents it in an easy to read format (which makes it easier to put it into the Health app, thankfully). They also seem to limit the usage of data for privacy and tracking, which is appreciated in this day and age.

If they restored the old functionality, it would easily be a five star app.

### 2/5 — Not great anymore.

*2021-06-05, version 4.0.6946*

There used to be a graph that showed progress over time when you touched your results in the app, this is no longer so. Now it just tells your results and you have to create your own graph to see the trends. I used to love this app for that reason alone. Now I really don’t even care that it is on my phone.

### 3/5 — Needs to sync with Apple Health

*2021-05-12, version 3.50.0*

Zero issues with in store machine and sync with app on phone. I docked two stars because you can’t sync to Apple Health. If you were allowed to sync with Apple Health this would be a five star app.

### 3/5 — suggestion

*2021-04-15, version 3.50.0*

I like the ability to log into the BP station. However, why doesn’t this export BP info to iOS’ Health infrastructure? Seems like a slam dunk idea.

### 2/5 — It’s good when it works

*2021-04-10, version 3.50.0*

This app has worked and pulled up my readings maybe twice. When it did work it was great but I have deleted and redownloaded this app 3 or more times hoping that the developers had finally fixed the problem but it still persists. I always end up logging onto the website to pull up my readings.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t even register my name!

*2025-09-05*

The stupid app doesn’t recognize my name as being a legitimate name. It says to “enter a valid first name”. You stupid robot! I DID!

Negative 5 stars. Don’t even bother.

### 1/5 — Great potential no support.

*2023-04-03*

QR scanner is not working. Submitted a request to support for help. Crickets 🦗

**Developer response:** Shawn,
Our support team just sent a reply to your email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have you back up and running in no time!

### 1/5 — No HealthKit support

*2022-12-03*

Does not integrate with Apple Health. No reason why it shouldn’t at this point.

### 1/5 — No more reason to keep the app

*2021-06-06, version 4.0.6946*

You should fire whoever is the person behind the idea of removing the historical graph view of my metrics!!

### 1/5 — Total Disaster

*2021-05-29, version 4.0.6946*

Congratulations! Over the past two releases you have gutted the app of functionality. Your latest update seems to assume that very large writing is a good idea (it isn’t) but, as you have removed them all, graphs are a bad idea.

With the 3.5 release you listed functionality that was temporarily going away: it’s been a year and it hasn’t come back. Now you continue the trend with your latest release.

While you do note that the app is built with Apple’s HealthKit, your next statement notes that it will be able to pass data in the future. In other words, it cannot now. Why is it so difficult to finish the functionality before you send out an update? The latest variant of higi station finder is fairly useless. Did you test it?

Did you really think this was an improvement? If so, explain how?

### 1/5 — Won’t download to my app!

*2021-05-02, version 3.50.0*

Worthless to me if I can’t show history in my app for doctor when I use the machine!!

### 1/5 — No good anymore

*2020-12-01, version 3.50.0*

Used to be great. Now the app is basically worthless. No more challenges. No more adding friends or messages etc. it’s just something that keeps track of your higi results which you don’t even need. Most of the higi stations are shut down due to covid anyways.

### 1/5 — No health kit integration

*2020-02-08, version 3.46.0*

Decent app but not a fan that it doesn’t have HealthKit integration.

Update 2/7/2020: importing just steps is not what I call integration. True integration would mean that it would write the health data from the stations into HealthKit so it can be compared easily to other monitors such as one at home. If I could rate less than 1 star I would for your lackluster response think importing only counts as integration.

### 1/5 — So far not so impressed

*2020-01-29, version 3.46.0*

Slow app. Major issues with verifying my phone number even after receiving probably a half dozen verification texts. Verification website repeatedly tells me that my WiFi is on when it’s not and that WiFi has to be off for their verification process to work. I have turned off WiFi, Bluetooth, and anything else I can think of and still no success.

### 1/5 — Workability of device?

*2019-09-09, version 3.46.0*

Never consistent,

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Nice tool

*2022-04-08*

Great way to manage and track my blood pressure. There’s a guide on the at station that has tips to help remind me about the basics of taking care of my blood pressure.

### 5/5 — Cool new features

*2022-03-30*

New features are great especially the symptom checker

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review. We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the new design!

### 5/5 — Good to track your weight and BMI and Body Fat%

*2022-03-25*

Good to track your weight and BMI and Body Fat%

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-03-02*

Great app

### 5/5 — Great new feature

*2022-03-02*

The ability to check your symptoms against possible health conditions shows a lot of promise! It’s great to see new features showing up on a regular basis.

### 5/5 — Where’s the GRAPH ?

*2021-06-07, version 4.0.6946*

I’m working on losing weight… because now have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

I’ve been using the HIGI blood pressure machines at my local Rite Aid since I don’t have my own scale or BP instrument.

I appreciate having this free resource to help me keep track of my progress.
I’ve lost 11 pounds so far..will keep plugging away.

**Other than my above positive comments, i also want to know what happened to the graph that was previously available in the app…seeing that downward graph line was very encouraging…it’s the little things.
…I can still scroll down through my weekly results, BUT the graph was a quick look and for me, a pat on the back!

Please bring back the GRAPH 📉
Thank you

### 5/5 — So far, so good

*2019-04-12, version 3.46.0*

Works great so far, easy check-in, great tracking.... I hope in the further Higi has more features for tracking iHealth and iWatches.. currently, only steps, no BP, no weight etc..

### 5/5 — Helps me track my numbers

*2019-02-07, version 3.46.0*

This is a great app for tracking your health information. I use the app QR scanner to log into stations. If the weight isn’t correct make sure your feet are on the foot bar and not the ground. Let the pharmacist or manager know if the station isn’t working. There are hundreds of people that use the stations and let’s face it, these are mechanical units. Things are bound to break. Higi can’t fix a station by your app review let a site manager know if a station appears to be broke.

I show my doctor my blood pressure and weight records, so she can see what is going on over time. I’m really impressed with how far blood pressure kiosks have come since I was a kid.

### 5/5 — Great app, but one thing

*2018-06-13, version 3.30.0*

I love using the free higi stations whenever I see one. And the app is great, but it doesn’t connect and share information with the Apple health kit. Which I like using as much as higi. Is that feature going to come back?

### 5/5 — Really good!

*2014-02-27, version 1.0.8*

My friends and I are currently losing weight and once a week we use the machine to track our progress and it's so much fun to see the progress we've made! It's only been a month but I love higi!! 😄
