The help from experts is amazing and I tend to have a response in 24 hours. I have noticed that sometimes my phone takes a better photo than the microscope so I’ll let that be separate since I feel higrow is more of a software than hardware idea. I just feel the app needs to be updated to fit the pro max screens, adjust the location of things. How you put the microscope on a 15 pro max blocks the X to remove the pop up when taking a photo of your plant. A small annoyance but something that can be improved. The grade and THC functions appear to work as designed (I use the term loosely). I simply mean it doesn’t shut down. I felt the $79 was worth the support, but that is the one thing I don’t get.
