## What is HIIT Customizable Timer?

Build the exact interval workout you want — no presets forcing you into someone else's structure.

HIIT Customizable Timer lets you set every variable yourself:
• Work time and rest time, set independently
• Number of sets per round and number of rounds
• Warmup and cooldown periods
• Voice announcements (text-to-speech) so you know what's coming without looking at your screen

Prefer not to build from scratch? Choose from pre-loaded workout templates and start in seconds.

Whether you're doing Tabata, circuit training, boxing rounds, EMOM, or your own custom protocol, the timer adapts to you.

No account required. No ads. No in-app purchases. Just a timer that works exactly the way you want it to.
