The interval timer for custom HIIT and circuit training. Unlimited saved templates. No subscription.

Unlike apps that cap free workouts or hide the editor behind a weekly plan, HIIT Interval lets you build, favorite, and run as many timers as you want.

CUSTOM CIRCUITS
Work, rest, warm-up, and cool-down — each with its own name and free-form duration. Drag to reorder. Insert a segment anywhere. Set rounds. Presets include 20/10 sprint, 45/15 HIIT, EMOM 12, and a focus cycle.

CUES THAT KEEP YOU HONEST
Halfway beep and 3-2-1 countdown, including short intervals. Haptics on every transition. Your music keeps playing — the app ducks it during cues.

FAVORITES, HISTORY, STREAKS
