If this app worked the way it says it will, it would be exactly what I’m looking for. Unfortunately, when I programmed a couple of HIIT workout routines into the phone app, they did not show up on my watch and there’s no way to program the watch app directly. So I am stuck with the three pre-programmed workouts, which do not suit my needs. 

Solve this problem and I will give the app 5 stars.
