## What is HiitTimer?

Hiitトレーニングに使用できるシンプルなタイマーアプリ。

●Hiit（ヒット）トレーニングとは？
「High-Intensity Interval Training（ハイ・インテンシティ・インターバル・トレーニング）」の略。
高負荷&短時間の運動と休憩を交互に繰り返すことで、体脂肪燃焼効果を高めることができます。

このアプリでは、運動時間と休憩時間とセット数を設定して、手軽にHiitトレーニングをすることができます。

●ダイエットに効果的な食事量を計算できます。
年齢、性別、身長、体重など、基礎情報を入力することで、基礎代謝量（BMR）や活動代謝量（TDEE）を計算することができます。
また、体重を減らすために最適な1日の炭水化物、脂質、タンパク質の量も計算できます。
