### 3/5 — Don’t play tournaments

*2026-08-30*

My previous review was pretty salty. The bad UI had cost me a tournament buy-in. Hijack took forever to respond to that review but…

I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I still can’t play on my MacBook because the location bug still exists. When I play on iOS (phone/tablet), there is still a delay when I get moved to a new table before I can actually see the action on that new table but…

The software is actually better than it used to be. I can actually play cash games and tournaments without fear that buggy software will just eat my money. And the games are as soft as the software is slow. Because of that, it’s the main site I play on.

Hijack: if you want to improve the rating further: speed things up (10ish seconds of nothing between hands is wild), fix the MacOS bug so I can play on my computer, and create a better multi-table experience.

**Developer response:** Hi CC,
Thanks for updating your review (we are updating our reply too :). Your feedback is appreciated and we're sharing it with our team to improve speed and multi-tabling. Also, I'd be glad to work with you on the buy-in you mentioned, please email: support@hijackpoker.com attn: Morgan.

### 1/5 — Worst Poker App

*2026-08-24*

I’ve sent several messages, pics and videos to the chat service. They don’t care. My screen freezes when I try to call a huge bet. When I have HUGE hands. This is not a coincidence. Not all the time. I’ve lost several dollars because I couldn’t call and several dollars because they kicked me out or froze randomly . Not to mention…The guy with 3% chance to win, always wins. So on the app, it’s not 3%. It’s more like 25%. This app clearly sets u up to lose hands to generate more buy-ins and deposits. Join me in reporting them to the BBB and the SEC. They are scamming and committing fraud against their consumers. This is not fair play. Texas should do better than this app

**Developer response:** Thank you for updating your review. I appreciate your time. I’d be glad to review the messages, photos and videos you referenced; please send them to my attention (Morgan) at support@hijackpoker.com. Fair play is important at HiJack. Accounts found to violate our Terms of Service, including through collusion or other prohibited gameplay, may be restricted or closed. -Morgan

### 5/5 — Ultimate online poker experience

*2026-08-14*

Hijack is the ultimate online poker experience with a wide variety of games and most importantly it is safe and secure. They set the bar high on customer satisfaction with quick responses about anything I have ever had questions about. Hijacking’s the only online poker club I will ever play or recommend. Real poker with real people for real safe and secure fun online.

### 1/5 — Terrible decision to make the change

*2026-08-07*

It seems that every time they choose to do an update it’s always for the worst. The newest update is completely broken. Terrible lag times not being able to take your seat after you enter a tournament getting signed out in the middle of a hand having to go through the time of signing back in justifying your hand is folded. If you wanna deal with nonsensical issues, that have nothing to do with Poker, this is the site for you. If you just wanna play cards on a platform that works I’d look elsewhere.

**Developer response:** Hi Mike, Thanks for the detailed feedback. We've continued improving speed and stability since the update and we'd be glad to hear how the latest version is working for you, please send a message to us via in-app chat or contact details on our website. - Morgan

### 5/5 — Legendary

*2026-08-07*

Great app! The interface is clean, games run smoothly, and it’s easy to find a table. I haven’t had any issues with performance, and the overall experience has been fun and reliable. Definitely one of the better poker apps out there. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Hijack

*2026-08-01*

I’ve had a great experience playing at Hijack Poker. The games are well run, the dealers are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re new to poker or play regularly. There are plenty of action-filled games, and everything is organized smoothly. It’s a fun place to play, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great poker room!

### 5/5 — High vibe!

*2026-07-04*

Olivia creates the kind of atmosphere that keeps people coming back. She’s welcoming, upbeat, and knows how to make everyone feel included from the moment they walk in. The games were well organized, the energy stayed positive all night, and the crowd reflected the great environment she creates. If you’re looking for fun poker, great conversations, and a host who genuinely cares about everyone having a good time, Olivia absolutely delivers. ✨ P.S. such a contagious smile!

### 1/5 — Login

*2026-06-21, version 26.6.3*

What’s the issue with the login? I keep getting logged out and then it won’t let me log back in for sometime. I am registered in the tournament and I can’t even log in to play.
