The bad UI had cost me a tournament buy-in. Hijack took forever to respond to that review but… I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I still can’t play on my MacBook because the location bug still exists. When I play on iOS (phone/tablet), there is still a delay when I get moved to a new table before I can actually see the action on that new table but… The software is actually better than it used to be. I can actually play cash games and tournaments without fear that buggy software will just eat my money. And the games are as soft as the software is slow. Because of that, it’s the main site I play on. Hijack: if you want to improve the rating further: speed things up (10ish seconds of nothing between hands is wild), fix the MacOS bug so I can play on my computer, and create a better multi-table experience. **Developer response:** Hi CC, Thanks for updating your review (we are updating our reply too :). They don’t care. My screen freezes when I try to call a huge bet. When I have HUGE hands. This is not a coincidence. Not all the time. I’ve lost several dollars because I couldn’t call and several dollars because they kicked me out or froze randomly . Not to mention…The guy with 3% chance to win, always wins. So on the app, it’s not 3%. It’s more like 25%. This app clearly sets u up to lose hands to generate more buy-ins and deposits. Join me in reporting them to the BBB and the SEC. The newest update is completely broken. Terrible lag times not being able to take your seat after you enter a tournament getting signed out in the middle of a hand having to go through the time of signing back in justifying your hand is folded. If you wanna deal with nonsensical issues, that have nothing to do with Poker, this is the site for you. I keep getting logged out and then it won’t let me log back in for sometime. No access to hand histories past the previous hand. Avoid it. *2026-05-17* This app is a joke. My screen freezes in the middle of big pots, but the table keeps going — and HiJack auto‑folds my hand while I’m stuck staring at a frozen screen. I can open other tables and watch them run perfectly, but my active hand is folding itself. Support blames your internet and says they “can’t access” any previous hands, even when you send them video proof. On top of that, I’ve had phantom hands where players who already folded suddenly reappear, start betting, and somehow hit their one‑outer. It doesn’t happen every session, but when it does, it’s unbelievable. And then there are the 3 to 5 insane bad‑beat hands every 1–2 hours — hands so ridiculous they make the Garrett vs. Robbi hand look normal. Honestly, that famous hand makes more sense than what happens on this app. No real hand histories, no transparency, constant glitches, and gameplay that feels completely unreliable.
