My eyes are getting hurt. Only 2 improvements I can recommend: 1. The alarm tone that the app gives when triggered cannot be customized and is set to the iPhones default notification alert sound. This means that every time the default alert notification on the phone triggers, your heart skips a beat thinking there is an intruder triggering the cameras. It would be very good to give the user the option to customize the alert notification. 2. Secondly - there is no option to train the algorithm when a false alarm is triggered. It would help the user tailor the app to respond only when human/car is triggered and not when other large animals walk past. ### 1/5 — Recent updates causing problems *2026-08-12, version 6.13.850* Didn’t have any problems but the last few weeks there have been a number of updates and now there is problem after problem. Notifications are wrong for example it’s currently showing 8 notifications even though I keep marking them all as read. Another issue is that you can’t scroll up and down in some screens, settings for example. If you’re going to do updates please make things better not worse. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2026-08-12, version 6.13.850* The app was ok until the last update which has now logged me out of my account & the log in page does not work so I cannot log into my account to get access to my cameras via the mobile app! The whole reason I bought the cameras was so I could see what was happening while I was not home. On top of being locked out of my account with no access to my cameras the system would never send notifications to my phone when there was movement detected no matter how it was set up. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. ### 4/5 — Good but could be better *2026-08-08, version 6.13.850* When choosing how many cameras are on screen it jumps from 4 to 9 as I have 5 cameras I could really do with one in between at 6 which most if not all other camera/cctv app have. It’s a big jump from 4 to 9 but then you only go up in smaller increments 9to 12 and then to 16.
