It used to work fine, but now it’s unbelievably slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. Every time I open it, it feels like the app is fighting against me instead of helping. As a professional who depends on this for CCTV work, the constant lag, freezing, and failures are causing real problems. It’s shocking that such a big company can release an app with this level of performance. If the developers don’t fix this soon, many installers will stop using it completely.
