Das geht nur über eine alternative App einer anderen Firma aber in der Hikam Pro App bekommt man sie nicht mehr rein. Lieber Finger weg von Hikam ### 1/5 — Schlechte Bedienung *2026-04-26, version 1.2.10* Leider stürzt die App ständig ab und manche Funktion funktionieren nicht mehr. Sobald einen neuen Zeitplan erstellen will, stürzt die App ab. Es ist eine dringende Aktualisierung nötig. Auch die Bedienung ist nicht wirklich Anwender freundlich. ### 1/5 — Unglaublich schlecht – auch unter iOS 26 🙄 *2025-11-12, version 1.2.10* Seit Jahren nutze ich 2 verschiedene Kameratypen. Die Hardware funktioniert, aber leider auch genau so lange die Software überhaupt nicht. Speicherformatierung hängt, Steuerung ruckelt, Fehlermeldungen Fehlermeldungen bei Aufzeichnungen, keine Updates etc. Eine absolut inakzeptable Progammier-Fehlleistung! Ich hoffe, da wird nochmal dran gearbeitet ... ### 2/5 — Keine Pushup Benachrichtigung *2025-04-10, version 1.2.10* Ich war die letzten Jahre sehr zufrieden mit der App, aber seid dem letzten Update bekommt man keine Pushup Benachrichtigungen mehr. Hab schon alles mögliche ausprobiert, ohne Erfolg. Kein Service der hilft. Nichts geht mehr. Es wird nichts aufgenommen oder gespeichert. Die Kamera funktioniert seit ein paar Tagen auch nicht mehr. Ist immer offline! Keine aktualisierung für die App gefunden. Aber inzwischen funktioniert gar nichts mehr!!! Ich nutze die Kamera seit einigen Jahren im Nistkasten, aber dieses Jahr habe ich nur Probleme! Die Kamera selbst funktioniert, nur leider bekomme ich weder Push-Nachrichten noch werden die Aufnahmen gespeichert. Die Aufnahmen werden meistens auch erst dann gespeichert wenn die Tiere den Nistkasten schon wieder verlassen! Totale Katastrophe!!! ### 1/5 — Funktionslos und nur Ärger *2024-03-08, version 1.2.10* Haben eine Vogelkamera geschenkt bekommen mit HiKam. Die verbindungseinrichtung ist ein Graus! Per qr Code funktioniert nichts, somit muss der gesamte Kasten abgebaut und aufwendig per Lankabel verbunden werden, sobald die Einrichtung abgeschlossen ist und das Kabel abgezogen werden kann ist wieder alles aus. Die Nähe zum Router beträgt ca. 2m direkt neben dem Fenster wo der Router steht.
