The Hik Connect app allows 16 cameras live simultaneous play. Hik Central only 4 at a time. Create a button for fast opening favorite door. Now to open the door for my guests, I need to launch app, choose appropriate door, wait while camera loads the view and only then open it. 2. Now, when I try to add a person for access, it wont allow me to upload a photo (you cannot get the QR without this step). I deleted and reinstalled, and installed on my ipad, with the same problem.
