### 1/5 — Péssimo

Não funciona.

### 1/5 — Do not buy

*2024-09-13*

The developer offered lifetime premium through AppAdvice for $0.00, but chose to ignore best practices and bypassed the standard ‘in app purchase’. So, the premium cannot be restored via the iOS AppStore. In my experience, developers who use this tactic do so to grow their user base then pull a bait and switch.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry you've had bad experiences in the past but we have no intention of doing that. If you ever lose premium for any reason contact me through the feedback in app and I will fix it for you. The problem isn't the method, it's shady developers. They could just as easily remove access or change features from a standard in app purchase. Just change the code of what that purchase unlocks in the app. We aren't going to be changing our subscription provider and you have lifetime access unlocked. Hope you'll give us a second chance and try out the app.

### 2/5 — Only paid options

*2025-08-12*

This app used to be free but now I can’t access anything in the app. I can’t get past the paid premium subscription purchase screen. I can track a hike by long pressing the icon on my iPhones home screen but I’m unable to view any of the details when I open the app. I’ve been using the app for over a year and there has always been an x in the top corner of the screen to get past the premium subscription purchase screen but that has changed. This now seems to be a paid only app.

### 2/5 — I am disappointed

*2024-09-12*

Might be a great app, I don’t know yet. But I am disappointed, I found this app on my iPad on AppsGoneFree, as it is temporarily free. I looked at it, downloaded it on the iPad it looked good, but I don’t always carry my iPad on hikes, so I downloaded it on my iPhone. It installed but it will not give me the opportunity to claim the free lifetime option for this app, it tries to get me to sign up for the 7 day trial. I was also unable to find an option to contact the developers. Either a flaw or a bait and switch…. You decide.

**Developer response:** Very sorry this happened. Definitely not intentional. Are both devices on the same apple id? If so you should have access. Are there any features still locked? If they aren't unlocked send me an email at "support [at] 30-south.com" and i'll try to get it sorted for you. Definitely want you to have access and give the app a try.

### 4/5 — I enjoy this app

*2024-11-26*

I just wish that I had access to other simple actions that I have to pay for , although I get that developers need to make money but some simple actions being made free would make me want to pay for more actions - btw I’m an avid hiker as is my daughters and non of us have ever brought an IPAD with us on a hike ?

### 5/5 — Love it

*2024-07-29*

Simple and easy to use hiking app. I use it to track my mileage and it works great.

### 5/5 — Great app w/ awesome features

*2024-05-20*

This app has some super convenient features during your workout (easy to see time, distance, etc), but it also has great post workout data and history. Average speed, max speed, calories, elevation (and more). You can even add and track your shoes so you know when you have too many miles on them.
