חילן Mobile, האפליקציה החדשה של חילן מאפשרת לעובדים ולמנהלים לבצע מגוון פעולות בכל זמן ובכל מקום באופן פשוט וקל. האפליקציה ידידותית ופשוטה לתפעול ומעניקה גישה ישירה למידע ולנתונים: שכר, נוכחות, משאבי אנוש ועוד. כמו כן, ניתן לבצע עדכונים שוטפים, להשלים נתונים ולנהל תהליכים ביעילות ובמהירות.

חילן Mobile מציעה יכולת מתקדמות לדווח נוכחות עבור עובדים מבוזרים. האפליקציה מזהה באופן ממוכן את המיקום המדויק בו העובד דווח נוכחות או פרויקטים באמצעות יכולות ה- GPS המובנות במכשיר. הפתרון כולל מגוון של אמצעי ודוחות בקרה המבטיחים יעילות תפעולית בכל הקשור לרישום הנוכחות ובקרה הדוקה בזמן אמת אחר מהימנות הנתונים. כך לדוגמה, ביכולתם של המנהלים לקבל מכל מקום ובכל שעה את מצבת העובדים העדכנית הנמצאים בתחומי החברה.

דוחות בקרה שוטפים בזמן אמת שמציעה האפליקציה פוטרים את העוסקים בתחום הנוכחות מהמרדף אחר נתונים, ממחלוקות וסוגיות של אמינות, מהזנת נתוני השעות ומהקלדות מפרכות. בנוסף, הם מונעים את הבזבוז הנובע מעדכון נתוני נוכחות זמן רב לאחר שנשכחו.

Fingerprint login doesn’t work, and the app makes you retype your password constantly. Needs an update..
