I reached out to customer service at their given email four times asking for guidance and help so I can sync my daughters medical treatments. I’ve gotten zero reply. I rely on this information as to provide to my daughters pulmonologist as she has a rare disease and right now this is not being uploaded. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Baxter/Hillrom should be embarrassed. They charge over 1,600 per month to use their device and force their patients into this hellish app. Shameful! Sync process often lags therapy sessions by 48 hours or more. The resulting erroneous “missed therapy” messages are aggravating. It’s disappointing to see score decreasing when sessions have been made. Even when the data syncs the score doesn’t improve. I’ve spoken with a developer twice who indicated they’re not sure what the issue is and suggested pairing/unpairing, which doesn’t help. It’s unrealistic to expect someone to sit by the machine for hours after treatment, refreshing the app so it doesn’t sign out l, and hope that data will transmit.
