These tracks are so calming and soothing. They help me fall asleep quickly and have an amazing deep sleep. I love the narrator’s voice, especially her body scan track which helps me when I’m feeling anxious. My improved mental health has been well worth the investment in this app.

I’ve been loving the app! Once I saw you can loop the tracks for as long as you like I started using them for my morning meditations, and I loved trying a new one every morning and vibing with all of them. I love the daily push notifications with mindful quotes and one day the most perfect message that I needed to hear popped up on my phone right when I needed to hear it. This app is so mindfully and intentionally crafted and I love all the features!

Love the variety of sounds and meditations. Her voice is so calming and I feel aligned and zen after every session!

These guided meditations, sound healing sessions, and everything else on the app, are an absolute day saver. I feel so deeply balanced after taking 5 mins to sit in a guided meditation and call my power back. It balances my emotions and thoughts, and therefore helps me make high quality decisions in relationships, work, and other areas of life. It’s a new daily app for me!
