### 2/5 — Consistent Issues - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL AVAILABLE!

I’m primarily working on the web-based app and am getting consistent issues with the email template builder- NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL AVAILABLE!!!  I get an error message when trying to upload an image, “internal server error.”  And yes, the image is exact size specifications and in jpeg format (I edited in Photoshop prior to upload).  Secondly, sometimes my email template disappears all together so I have to start over.  😫  Trying to build my direct sales side biz and empire here... not trying to spend double the time figuring out the quirks of the app.  I really like the functionality of this app, but with all the other apps available out there right now, I might be forced to make the switch to a competitor.  HILO IPA- Please fix these issues!

Was hoping this app would be as good as it sounded and really help me with my business, but it keeps freezing when I use it. The import contacts function doesn’t seem to work and I’m just getting frustrated with it!! Will probably just delete it and have a look at what other apps are around, thinking maybe a paid for app might be what I need
