J’ai tellement perdu d’heure au téléphone sans compter les bugs de déconnection au réseaux qui m’as fait perdre beaucoup de défis… bref, je regrette énormément avoir payé pour ces thermostats quand un mois plus tard sont tous devenu gratis! Aucune chance qu’il me donne un rabais ou une escompte sur le 550$ que j’ai payer …. Le hub se déconnecte mais aussi souvent c’est mon appli qui ne veut pas se connecter. Message pour le service a la clientèle. Ne me contacter pas pour cette critique. Sa fait des années que je vous en parle et rien n’est fais.
