Not as user friendly as AirBnB or Booking app but I was glad that it worked. Please keep in mind that small fonts are not friendly especially when they are not in good contrast. The bottom buttons are hard to see but I have them basically memorized to navigate. I booked a trip and comparing to the website, the points were different in the app vs. online. The team is slow and not worth the wait! You park about a mile from your room, then the main pool is on the other side of the resort but you can take the beach side short cut pass the dolphins it’s about a mile long hike but it’s really nice views. Parking self park is $48 per night and valet is $55 per night well worth the extra $7 dollars to save a quarter mile per trip. Valet attendants were great super friendly. Room was really nice, all of our meals were really good but we didn’t eat in the resort we ate at Kings and Queens market. Most of the ones at the main resort were either closed or high end. Would have been great for me and my wife, but with the kids we like to go a little more casual for dinning. Enjoy your trip!!!! We had a great vacation In Hawaii. Our 3 grandkids had so much fun being together and enjoying the activities and excursions on Quantum of the Seas. And now I can use points again for a Great Wolf Lodge trip.
