The 2nd time it was in the middle of my stay, no one knows why. I had spent multiple days and hours on the phone with them until one call I was transferred to the hotel manager who took his entire day trying to figure it out. He eventually did and had to cut me a hand written check from his hotel. I didn’t receive the refund for 20 plus days. And I am still fighting g to get my points. I also requested a name change, submitted the paper work in May and they never changed name, now August. Again spent time out of my day arguing trying to get them to complete it in there end. This place is a home away from home. Arpana and Prim always take care of me. All the staff and people working here are kind and always ready to help. The only thing I worry while I travel here is nothing. I can also choose a type of view. I wanna have through the app. It’s so convenient sometimes when you walk into a hotel no one‘s at the reception this is so much easier. I know AI is replacing a lot of employees, but this is necessary. The app also has Able ability for you to filter cheaper prices and expensive price photos to show you what you’re getting yourself into before you make a purchase and also gives you directions. That streamlined my hotel stay. All of that is gone now. So to me, it takes the advantage of staying with Hilton away. Yesterday, I tried to book and all I could do within the app was get “Sorry. That was unexpected“.
