Like freezing bank account ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2024-08-22* Livestream app are all the same thing like live me frill app and JoiLive and it’s doesn’t make sense whatever and I don’t like it because it’s not funny at all and some livestream app needs to be shut down because they are all the same app and stop scamming people like that which is annoying for all users and I want some of livestream app shut down by the end of this week or else and delete all accounts off of there so no one get hurt do I make it clear and I don’t want my account anymore and it not let me delete my account and I hate this app and I’m done with stupid this app needs to shut down forever. ### 1/5 — Cannot Delete Account if Apple Account Used *2024-07-12* If you use your Apple account to create your account there is no way to delete the account as you need to link an email or phone number to delete your account. However, since you didn’t use an email or phone number to create the account you get an error ever time you do try to link one to be able to delete. Also, they have so many rules, but don’t even enforce them! I also got banned for no reason!!!!! ### 1/5 — This app should be called scam app *2026-04-24* Im new to this app and i already see that this app is a scam just like bigo live ### 1/5 — Disgraceful *2026-03-24* Customer service through the app is a complete joke, you present an issue and receive a short non helpful response and they close the ticket. Spend money to receive what they consider better customer support, it is roughly the same with banter between you and the agent. They provide links that do not work and won’t verify they work on their end. Attempt to delete your account and you’re told you can not do it, withholding personal information on their servers without permission. If you can not delete your account why is there an option to do so? You can absolutely delete your account if you don’t spend money there, if you do spend money they won’t allow deletion in hopes you’ll dump more money in to the app. They say they do not allow nudity or children to broad cast but if you report a broadcast, they either need to investigate it further or disable some features. Unless it’s a new account then they don’t care to ban it because it’s of no monetary value to them. This is a ridiculous app and definitely not recommend. Once you register you can’t delete and there is NO moderation on this app.. plus it will not delete your account without ID, which is against apples TOS and Australian law.
