I cannot create an account. Hopefully, this is addressed soon. Looking forward to and dreaming of being able to afford this magical operation. Finally. A POV!!! You can just imagine the excitement. Except. Sadly. The photo enhancement just wouldn’t work me… I’ve tried redownloading the app. Making smaller and bigger squares. But, it just keeps giving me a network error. Sadness swept in. And I am left dreaming again. ### 1/5 — Unable to create an account *2025-09-16* After I accept the T&A, it goes back to the account creation form and nothing happens. If I click “create account” again, I get an error message and the app crashes. Will update my review once fixed. I was only able to text in my first name after that unable to provide last name or phone number. Uploading a photo was easy and the preview gave me a better sense of what the results could look like for me. The information in the app also helped me understand the procedure and what recovery might involve, so I felt more prepared going into the discussion.
