It works great. I recommend it to anyone needing an easy to use app to record and edit interviews on the go. I will buy the iPhone pro version + the desktop Mac app as soon as it allows me to sync files between apps. Currently I can only export from iPhone to Mac, but not the other way around. This makes the whole thing useless. I just want to be able to record and edit on whatever device I happen to use. ### 3/5 — Weak *2012-04-23* The fact that it edits is nice but not being able to import files are edit layers like Monle make it not worth upgrading from the free version to the $29.99 version. ### 3/5 — Great but way too pricey *2011-12-22* This is a nicely designed app and It deserves 5 stars. However, the $29 price tag kills it for me. ### 4/5 — Best Audio Editor app so far *2010-08-07* Pretty decent app compared to several other apps I've tried (Poddio, ipodcast, isaidwhat?). Sharing seems to be quite slow. Tried to send a .9 mb file and it took about 12 minutes before I received it. Great for on the go VO actor like me. Used with the first gen Blue Mikey and it sounds pretty decent. MAy have to pull the trigger on the full version. ### 3/5 — Good for journalists *2010-06-29* Seems like a really useful program for journos on the go who want to cut interviews up quickly from their phones (usually as a last resort to better recording equipment). Easy to use, and adding markers make it simple to find specific points in the interview. I have no idea what the paid version is like. ### 2/5 — Brilliant but ........ *2010-02-28* ..... This audio app would be near perfect were it not for two things 1. The price ! £17.99 is just too expensive. If it was offered for half or one third of the price you might sell many many more copies 2. Enable FTP uploading via 3G. Sehr wenige Share Möglichkeiten und in der Vollversion mit 30 Euro massiv überteuert. Die light Version nimmt nur 1 Minute auf. Habe in der App auch keine Hilfe gefunden und konnte die wenigen Share Möglichkeiten dann nicht einmal nutzen. Habe mich statt dessen für eine andere Voice Recording App entschieden, die nur 3 Euro kostet, mehr Einstellungsmöglichkeiten bietet, in höher Qualität speichert (bis 32 bit) und wirklich viele, viele Wege bietet, die Dateien auf andere Geräte zu übertragen. Stabil und übersichtlich. Je vais passer à la version payante. ### 5/5 — Almost perfect. *2010-03-22* As far as I know this is the first iPhone app that will do true cut and paste audio editing. That part is brilliant. I can't believe it scrubs audio like it was analog tape. (yes, I'm that old). It works great with Blue Mikey despite OS warnings that it is not compatible. The online video tutorials are great but not comprehensive. A manual would be really helpful. It took me quite a while to figure out the wireless sync between the Mobile version and desktop app. Freakin' fast by the way. And I love being able to FTP files to my server, even over 3G! The only thing that would make transfering files better for me is integration with Dropbox. But that's just nit-picking. I still can't figure out the workflow to Hindenberg Journalist. I can transfer sessions. That works perfectly. But it arrives in Journalist as a mono or stereo session and I can't figure out how to add tracks. If I start a new session in Hindenberg Journalist it has plenty of tracks. Does this mean they expect me to edit and export my field recordings before I add music & Voice Over? If so , that's kind of lame. Also no processing plug-ins for Hindenberg Journalist. Bottom line Hindenberg Mobile is great. Hindenberg Journalist is almost great. BTW- I bought the full version of Hindenberg Mobile. Guess I should cut & paste my review on that page. ### 5/5 — Wow....Amazing. *2010-02-28* PERFECTION! Excellent....just the best app on earth now!
