This is stickers app and designed only to be work with your messages app. It took like a minute to find out how to delete this stickers app since you cannot see it along with your other apps. 

Here are the steps to delete it: 

Delete stickers
Open Messages and tap the Compose button  to start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
Swipe left over the app drawer and tap the More button .
Swipe left over the app, then tap Delete.

Don’t download this app it get installed in your root file of your phone messenger and there is no physical app on your phone to delete it.
