Notifications/badges unreliable. *2026-01-19* The notification/badges for overdue events are often wrong. It will either not display at all, until you open the app and manually check it, or the count will be wrong. (Badge shows 1 but 3 are overdue, etc). Sometimes opening and closing app fixes it, sometimes you have to change categories to force a refresh, and sometimes it glitches and shows random changing numbers in a burst. At this point it’s so unreliable I have lost trust in it. I emailed the developer logs and screen recordings of this behavior months ago, but there still is no fix. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s a great app but the lack of response to such a major issue has me thinking the developer has abandoned support of this app. ### 3/5 — Notifications/badges unreliable. *2026-01-07* The notification/badges for overdue events are often wrong. Also, make possibility to leave some note in each event. It’s just a must. It shows the last time I did the item I want to track, as well as allowing me to enter the “missed” dates. ### 5/5 — Still a problem with some posts slow to post and a few not at all *2025-02-10* My fav and most used app ever, used for years, multiple times daily. When I post, it is so slow to show it’s posted. I go back to check, it doesn’t look like it’s posted or if I sit and wait it changes to show the post. I go back out, again it’s not showing posted. Sometimes going to history I tap on it, I sit and wait for it to post. Frustrating and time consuming. There have been events I know I’ve posted. Several hrs later not recorded. I so appreciate the excellent design and responsive support , unlike the majority of apps’ support. So I trust this can be corrected. Thank you so much for your work. Плохо. Нужно починить ### 1/5 — BEWARE - does not retain data! *2024-05-29* I used the app for a couple years, and enjoyed the functionality. But, as several other reviewers have commented, a recent update wiped out all of my data. I used it to track some important things in my life, and so losing the data is tragic. I’ve never had this happen with any other app. It’s hard to believe that the developers rolled out updates that delete all of the user’s data. This is a huge oversight in QA testing, and I’ve lost all confidence in the app and it’s developers. Based on dates of comments from other reviewers it has been an issue for several months, and the developers have failed to rollout an update to prevent this issue from happening. So, if you choose to use this app just remember you could lose all your data at any time. I for one will be finding a more reliable app to use. ### 1/5 — Stop deleting my review! Bad app! *2024-04-04, version 3.0.7* Lost 3 years of data with app update. App was set to back up to iCloud, and prior to update, never had a problem getting data back after resetting phone. Asked developer to roll back app long enough for us to recover data and export data in csv form, but they said rolling back update is not possible. I know that is not true. It has been done before by other developers. This dev emailed me for several attempts at reimporting data, blah, blah, blah…but when I said that has not helped at all, I never heard from them again. I can not recommend this app. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Oh My God! Years of Data Gone. *2024-03-16* Oh my god! What happened to all my important dates?! I’ve been using this app for years and kept track of so many things in my life. Family milestones, personal milestones, important medical dates regarding when I started a medication or supplement, days since I began various activities to so many other categories of important dates. They’re all gone now. I tried using import data from 2x.x in the settings but no data to import. I presume a recent update deleted everything. Now I’m realizing it was my mistake for relying on this app to keep record of so many important dates. I’m more sad then angry. So many dates I’ll never be able to know again. I'm not sure how often updates are released but the one feature I think would be most useful at the moment for me at least is being able hide/archive categories or even just individual items.
