## What is Hindware Smart Appliances?

Hindware Appliances Mobile App is for Hindware consumer appliances like

Water Purifier, Air Purifier, Air Coolers, Water Geysers & Kitchen Appliances.

Water Purifier & Air Purifier comes under the brand name of Moonbow and rest other appliances come with Hindware brand name.

This mobile app offers the services for both Smart (IoT based products) & non Smart products. Currently IoT feature is available with Water Purifier, Kitchen Chimney & Water Heater products. The main features of Hindware Appliances mobile app are

- Customer Registration

- Product Registration

- Controlling & Monitoring of Smart IoT based products from anywhere.

- Service Request Creation

- Information of all Product Ranges.

- New Product launches & offers.

Customer Registration

New customers have to complete the one time registration process. They can also do the registration using Facebook & Google. After registration they can login with their mobile number using ‘One Time Password (OTP).

Existing hindware customers (those who have already used the Hindware services) can use their primary mobile number for login directly using ‘One Time Password (OTP)’.

Product Registration

Customer can register their new products with simple process by scanning the QR code present on the product.

If your product don’t have the QRcode then product registration could be done using model details.

Controlling & Monitoring of IoT based Products

Customers can control their IoT based home appliances product with their mobile phone from anywhere using Hindware Appliances App if product is connected with the internet. The controlling features will vary depending on the product category.

Service Request Creation

In case of any issue or problem with the product, customer can directly create a service request from the app for both IoT & Non IoT based products which are registered with the app.

If any service request is registered through call then it will also reflect on the app.

Information of all Product Ranges

Customers can explore all the product ranges available with Hindware Appliances.

New Product launches & Offers

Customers can receive the details for any new product launches & offers through the notifications of mobile app.

Documents Management

No worry of losing the invoice of the products to claim warranty. You can upload the invoice through the mobile app and it will keep it.

You can also download the product manuals directly from the mobile app.

I have an ongoing repair issue for my Elara Ipro RO and I have had the worst experience so far. The product is still in warranty period, it has been bought just 4 months ago and I have had water leakage issues which even after raising multiple tickets with the customer care, no resolution has been made. I have an ongoing issue since last 15 days with zero resolution.

The Hindware Smart Appliances app is a convenient tool for managing smart home devices, especially chimneys and air coolers. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, and features like remote control and scheduling make appliance management seamless. I particularly like the motion sensor integration and auto-clean reminders.

I have in the past raised requests through this app and the guys would respond within a day or 2. 
This time, I raised a complaint this time a month back and got no response from hindware. Finally, I called them today through the contact us on the app itself and the lady said they have no data of mine, no complaint, they didn’t even know that I’m a customer. The ticket still shows open on this app

I filed a complaint on my cooler not working in July 9th, Today is August 20th, Hindware not only conveniently marked the status of my complaint as resolved but also didn't do anything to rectify it just because my cooler was in warranty. They filed a new complaint yesterday on 19th August stating I will get a call from their senior team to resolve the issue but no one called today as well :) I will escalate the same on twitter and Instagram and other platforms so that other consumers do not make this mistake of buying something from Hindware. Smart appliances i don't know about that but really horrendous service for sure. I would rate it 0 stars if there was a possibility.

I am highly disappointed with the poor service and app experience provided by Hindware, especially concerning their built-in hub feature. The app frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to control the connected devices seamlessly. Even after multiple updates, the issues persist, leading to frustration and wasted time. Customer service is unresponsive, offering no concrete solutions or improvements. For a brand that positions itself as a leader in smart home solutions, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. I would not recommend Hindware’s products or services until they address these critical flaws in their app and service delivery.

I even don't know if this app is really working or not. When you log in a complaint, no one responds it for atleast minimum 2 days. After 2 days the complaint gets cancelled and a new compliant is logged in separately. After logging new complaint the technician takes atleast 2 days to call back and atleast 1 day to visit and resolve the problem. Third Class service by Hindware

I’ve bought this water purifier product in 2022. After 2 years of use now I’m looking for genuine paid service from Hindware. But whenever I’m booking in app, they are cancelling themselves and sending message the I have cancelled the service call. 
I have tried to their customer care executives but still their response is to check with their senior people and get back and no proper support. 
Such a worst product and service team from useless brand Hindware. 

If anyone reading this comment, please don’t waste your money in these kind of brands. 
Pay extra money and prefer good quality products.
