Year after year at the convention, this app never works. Terrible

I have attended the Hinman for 47 years.  This app is the worst. Tried for over an hour to download CE certs to submit to AGD.  The app has no way to do that, no instructions, no ”available in X days”, no way for contact. Lots of places to click on but no way to accomplish anything.  The app is useless and frustrating; apparently no way to submit CE, even tho we were told we could do it all on the web; garbage.

Not a good app. Took notes on the app during all my courses. Checked them after the course ended and all notes deleted from the app. Not good and pretty upset about it

Wouldn’t load at all. Then wouldn’t recognize credentials. Then wouldn’t load. Terrible app.  If you can’t do better than this please don’t advertise you have an app...you don’t!!

Does not work properly. Past apps have been much better. 
Glad it’s free. Would have hated to waste money on this one. 
Locks up every time we try to look at account.

I am having the same problem. I have not checked the app on my iPhone yet.

1/2 to 3/4 of the screen is black with only a couple of the icons showing on the screen. Same in with orientation. Delete and reinstall did not correct problem. Seems fine on iPhone.

Im at Hinman now and the app has not worked in two days unless i delete and re-download 2-3 times .

Ive used this app every year for Hinman. This year I cant even get signed on. And nowhere that I have found can I ask for help on the app. It just keeps telling to check my info. When I use my info, have no problem signing on through the web page. And its slow as molasses. 
Please fix these issues.

Started up fine but when tried to enter course codes, it crashed! Got invalid messages, including when logging in!
