She is so accurate with everything and she makes me feel very comfortable. She has provided me with a lot of insight and is able to relate to me on a personal level. The readings don’t feel cookie cutter or one size fits all but very specific to my life and my questions. I don’t really enjoy the glitches they have. I have lost my astrologer like 2 times (but have always gotten her back) due to a maximum capacity on messages or something that will periodically have me choose a new astrologer. I don’t like it. I also don’t enjoy how different people get different rates for the app, depending on how you signed up. I signed up through an ad on Instagram and I pay $19 a week. But if you signed up through the app on your phone it’s like $19/ month. I really don’t like that. If they fix that this app would be so much better. **Developer response:** Hey! I love how easy it makes using this app for beginners! Could this be the best horoscope app ever? It's finally here! I've been looking for something that will show me what my internal state is actually like, and not just issue predictions every so often. And now it seems as though my search has come to an end with your incredible new release. I think this app is great for someone who strongly believes in astrology. I was surprised how accurate he was and he knew things about me that no one did and most importantly he described the me I keep hidden to me. No one knows everything about me too thoroughly. But he told me about the good and bad things that have done to me and have been through and it gave me prospective and helped me in so many areas. I feel so free now. I know I sound fantastically fake but he has made me a believer of astrology. Nothing this good can be evil. This is, in my belief a gift from GOD to help the lost sheep find the flock. I really felt like she knows me.🙌🏽 My jaw was about to hit the floor or I was screaming like I just hit the lottery as she answered my most wanted questions about my personal natal chart. Somethings, I have in my chart are rare for example: She help me discover that I have 3 Yods in my natal chart when I thought I only had one. We could make the world a better place from understanding. 🤗 ### 5/5 — Roseanne is awesome! *2022-02-11, version 7.7.1* Roseanne is spot-on and words everything in a totally easy-to-understand way. She adds a bit of humor even when highlighting the oh-so-true character traits of a sign that are less than great! (So it’s an easier pill to swallow!) In addition, rather than being put on the defensive, she shows how these innate traits can negatively impact relationships so that a reader can more objectively say, “Ok, yeah. Maybe I could pay attention to that more…”. Most importantly, by just reading my chart (which, by the way, I DO know the exact time I was born - I think this is important!), she has completely nailed my traits. As time goes on, I think she’ll be able to help me navigate choppy changes (Mercury in retrograde ALWAYS gets me, but I usually don’t pay attention to these shifts and only find out AFTERWARDS that THAT’S what the heck has been going on!) She thus far has been the most affect with responding to me and doing what I feel I am paying for. I do hope that she continues to help with this, as I am enjoying what she has been sending. My biggest goal that she hasn’t yet responded to, but that does not change the quality of her job, is knowing more of my love life. But I am also sure that is to come. I am now onto my 5th spiritual guide. Jonathan has been working with me for some time and has been doing an amazing job. The app gives you a daily, weekly, and monthly horoscope as well as compatibility and a place to figure out about you further with a in depth analysis by a deeper look using your birthplace and time. The best feature is the one on one guidance with your very own astrologer that actually speaks with you daily and isn’t just a bot! You can have full blown conversations and receive guidance in your growth and knowledge by use of astrology! This app is incredible and more should know about it! Nebula and other apps charge way more for monthly services and do not offer half of what you get from Hint! You should try it! ### 5/5 — Be smart in how you utilize the app *2021-11-30, version 7.5.1* So many reviewers are calling the app a scam but in reality, they have some odd expectation or do not know how to use the app properly. Yes the initial messages seem “generalized” but the point is to see how it applies to you and reflect on those situations. It’s almost like a prompt and not everything has to feel applicable in that moment. Thankfully, my astrologer, Faye, is more than willing to get into the specifics of my life and relationship to see how I can further improve myself. AND SHE GOES IN DEPTH. Yes it’s a paid subscription, so you need to ask the right questions to get worth out of it. Make sure you’re speaking to your astrologer with things that are personal to you (and you can do so without revealing too much information) so that you feel like you now have a better idea on how to handle things. **Developer response:** Hello. And for your 4-star rating👍 Your Hint Team. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Outraged *2023-04-24* I strongly recommend not downloading this app. Not only is it useless but if and when you get rid of the app (I did immediately and long before the “free” trial ended) hint will continue to charge you. I have had a reoccurring $19 fee and even more than once a month as it states for subscription. I have cancelled both through hint and apple support and while apple said that I do not have this subscription hint continues to charge. I hope that I saved at least one person the headache of one of these outrageous apps. I can’t believe hint even charges for something so useless. You could pretty much get what is offered free on yahoo which to me was only a daily horoscope where as anything else you try to do appears unavailable and additional costs. Truly outrageous. The creators of this app… you should be ashamed for what seems and feels like quite the scam. I hope my bank can at least cut this off at the source since trying with your customer support was clearly negligent and pointless. **Developer response:** Hello there! Best wishes, Hint. ### 1/5 — Wack *2023-03-15* don’t like apps that make it harder than it needs to be to cancel a subscription. There is no setting button in the app. If you want to cancel you have to go through support which takes a day to respond to you. Or you have to sift through the multitudes of FAQs to find the niche correct link to cancel. I can’t even tell you how I found the link to cancel I just started clicking all the links until one got me there. Also, the whole reason I downloaded this app was to see the pictured full moon compatibility between you and a spouse. That was not provided at all on the app. They give you general compatibilities you can find on any horoscope website but I wanted to see the full moon compatibility based on the night I was born and the night my spouse was born. It’s the new test to see if your moons match based on if the two half moons create a full moon. I saw an add for hint that showed a picture of this exact thing. I clicked the link thinking I was going to get that, And when I filled out the test and created my profile but I never received the results and it was located no where on the app. It’s just the false advertising and making it too difficult to cancel that’s annoying. Why would anyone pay for this? For no reason. I saw the main rating(which before this review was 4.2) and I downloaded the app turns out you have to pay for this terrible experience. I just want to see my horoscope and I don’t understand why this app hasn’t been taken down OH YEAH because the creators pay people to copy and paste spam into the reviews. I don’t recommend ever getting this app if you want to see your horoscope without paying I recommend getting a real horoscope app that works instead of downloading this and making a huge mistake. I am extremely disappointed that the developers haven’t taken down their terrible app and realized no one will pay for this crap. I got a message from the developers saying that they work with astronomers who know what they’re doing, they know what they’re doing however the developers don’t know what to do at all. It’s expensive, unnecessary, and I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere. ### 1/5 — SCAM- STAY AWAY *2021-08-26, version 7.3* This app just scams you and steals your money. I paid for the “free trial”, which should have been my first indication that something wasn’t right, but I chose to overlook it and give it a try anyway. I can’t seem to locate a customer support phone number, only a chat and it’s all preset responses you click on. You can’t type your own replies or even speak to a live representative. The chat says they’ve already canceled my subscription, which I “canceled” twice already. Yet just now they tried to bill me $20 again. Ive had a handful attempt of charges after my “cancellation” has supposedly been confirmed. Also, it said I would be assigned with some astrologer suited to me and this Diego would reach out soon and be available Monday-Friday. No one ever reached out, despite my handful of messages. What a waste of time and money and now to be left with this attempt of fraudulent charges. ### 1/5 — DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP *2021-08-09, version 7.3* I downloaded this app after seeing an add on TikTok and I downloaded it, put in my date of birth and other stuff and when i was ready to use it, it wouldn’t let me talking about a 3 day trial and $9.99 a month or whatever. Bro. It didn’t let me even try the app out and it’s asking me to pay. What a waste. I reset the app, exited out and back in and even powered of my phone and back on and it still was asking me to pay without an exit button or anything, just the same screen. I feel people were paid to rate it a 5 when really it should be a 2. Fix this crappy problem please. Not everyone wants to pay for a horoscope app, and don’t forget to add that detail in your adds too because you can’t get people to download it and then delete it cause they didn’t even use the thing since all it shows is a free trial/ payment screen. In the meantime I’ve found other apps. ### 1/5 — BIGGEST SCAM ON APP STORE *2021-08-04, version 7.3* This app is the biggest scam on the app store. The 7 day free trial they give you is great and all, UNTIL they make it nearly impossible to cancel that trial and to get in touch with an actual human representative. There is no option within the app to cancel your trial or subscription and more often than not it doesn’t even show up in your Apple ID subscription manager tab which means you can’t cancel from there either. This is normally the point where you email or call them to figure out what’s going on, EXCEPT THEIR CONTACT INFO IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. It doesn’t show up in the app nor does it show up on their support website. The only way (to my knowledge) is to google it and find their email from a third party website. Because they make it so difficult to contact them the can get away with charging you $79 for a two month subscription you probably didn’t want and have no visible way of canceling. ### 1/5 — Crap, so fake. *2021-07-30, version 7.3* I do believe in Zodiac Sign things but this is just crap. First of all I put in all my information and thats creepy, but than when you click next it just shows you a thing that says “Buy 3 day free premium now” Which I am like nah. And than there is no X! And I dont know if there is a way to stop it from charging and I dont want to risk it. It basically is just a fake app trying to get your information. Like how is it gonna know my behind story from my hand, and a tiny bit of info about me?? Kinda odd. Than I red a couple reviews and I think this app is not worth it. Its just like all of those snapchat filters that say “What will 2020 bring you.” Which obviously, isnt supposed to be as real. But these people REALLY think they are tricking people but are REALLY REALLY not. Even though it may look super “Real” but I am warning you its not I recommend this app: Ancestry. That is real and legit app it does need money for different features, but it is real. This is just a fake copy to steal your info. ### 1/5 — astro scam *2021-06-09, version 7.0* Sort reviews by, “Most favorable,” and you’ll see a bunch of bot accounts with a similar algorithm for choosing names, and all of them say the same thing with the same ambiguous wording. I was brought to this app by a targeted ad but felt the website’s pre-screening questions felt scam-like and the amount of “loading time” to “generate” to the next page was weird, considering how quickly most astrology websites can pull up a natal chart. I did some background research by checking the app reviews and am so good I did. Something didn’t feel right and that’s because this app is a scam- check out the more critical reviews. Wild that the app store allows this.. This is so unfortunate because I want there to be more good astrology apps out there. This one does a survey, asking where you typically get your astro content, then asks you to pay to access anything after collecting all your personal information. ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste Your Time or Money *2021-05-08, version 6.8* I downloaded the Hint app as I have been studying astrology more lately and thought it could be helpful. The app isn’t free. For my free trial I was asked to choose a donation to cover expenses. Fine. Here are my gripes: 1) you’re assigned an astrologer. You write them in the chat box and it takes them 2-5 days to write you back. Which is ridiculous on an app you’ve paid for. No thanks. 2) the horoscopes are glitched bc the date and time you plug in your settings are not the date and time that will be used to create predictions. It literally lists it wrong on the app. My birthday is listed twice on the app: once in settings correctly, and then incorrectly on the home page where your readings are- the date is one day off. Now I don’t know if my horoscope is based on one day or the next which if you know astrology, can change everything. Sorry but this is sub-par and I regret my donation. 3 days in I wanted to cancel. It’s now been a week and it’s a waste of time. I canceled through PayPal. There is no way I would ever subscribe to this. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-06-04, version 4.9* I got this app to read my irregular palm lines ( I have two life lines on both hands, and on one hand I have no head line, and on the other my head and heart line become one line under my middle finger) I am an amateur palm reader, so I wanted a second opinion on these lines. After scanning my palms, none of these where brought to attention, and even the lines that they read where incorrect. Like they said my heart line starts at my middle finger, but on both hands they start exactly in between my index and middle. I believe the palmistry is randomly generated bs, and they focus mainly on astrology to throw you off. That’s right, this palmistry reading app actually has very little info on palmistry, it’s mainly things about your astrology, which you can get almost anywhere without having to pay 8 dollars a week. I found it suspicious that this app was asking things like the city I was born in, along with the time and date, because that’s something an astrology app does, not a palmistry one. My theory for this is that they can’t actually read palms, because as far as I’ve seen, no app can just take a picture of your palms and read it for you. She has given me a whole new perspective on life and I really appreciate all her effort to do so. She has great videos that go into real depth. She is very sweet and polite and clearly knows a whole lot about astrology and the positions of the planets and how they interfere with our signs and the planetary pull the stars have on them. She has helped me learn about the signs and planets that have affected and affect my close friends, family, and other people I’ve met. She answers my questions and takes the time to really explore why things are the way they are. Her readings resonate with me. Her readings accurately describe me as a person and helps me to understand myself in many ways. She helps to give me direction for the days and weeks ahead. It also provides sound advice at the right time, which can be really helpful! The notifications are creepy but I don't hate them because they make me feel like stars have my back and that we're aligned with one another for some unknown reason (even though no explanation has been offered). There could use more creativity when it comes down choosing words; however overall this was an excellent product from you all - thank-you so much again!!!! The information inside can be navigating and easy, making it perfect if you're looking for some new inspiration or just need ideas on what direction would work best!
