All of which led to the first of what we hope to many more bookings. Thanks Ashley! ### 4/5 — Great App - Big Fee *2026-08-21, version 4.18.0* So glad to find this app, will definitely use it from now on, but boy are the service fees steep. Ex: $217 booking has a $27 fee to book and it’s not refundable. I will note that the app is smooth and easy to navigate and looks pretty clean. I even met some of the neighbors Down at the beach and they were very nice as well. This sites were beautiful. Not much shade but the water makes up for that. It was very quiet. That was probably because it was about 99 degrees. We made our own shade. We also chose the spot that had a big tree. It was great. Easy access to the water. The road is a big bumpy, to be expected. Bring your bug spray you’re going to definitely need it. Many, many, many, many gnats. You can hear them buzzing. Especially, when traveling with novice campers. However, this place is magical. From the plethora of orchards, to the rolling hills, to the quiet & serenity this place provides.
