From first contact you will be bombarded with emails people chat requesting and people views your profile but as soon as you make a payment to them ( you need a subscription to read messages ) your account will vanish and all mails will cease. By this time they will have harvested a load of data you can’t retrieve and the chances of a refund are slim to none. Apple despite reports and offers of evidence have decided to leave the app in the store . I’ve just lost a day changing email addresses and running through security due to this parasite please don’t make the same error. **Developer response:** Dear customer, we never send fake emails. If you believe some was sent by mistake, your best bet is to contact customer support, they'll be happy to assist, or you could just unsubscribe from emails you don't want to receive. We also never sell your data, everything we collect is used solely in purpose to find your best match. There also is an option of complete data removal under GDPR. Obviously Apple wouldn't remove the app on the grounds of difficulty to refund, as refunding procedure and policies are completely in their hands. We cannot impact it at all, it's exactly the same for every app found in App Store. My matches that I have reached out to. Stopped getting even email notifications and any attempt to communicate with customer service sends you into an endless and futile loop of canned ineffective non responses. These guys keep bankers hours and during those hours are playing bat gammon and doing mushrooms because they certainly aren’t taking care of their customers. Went to log in and it would say the account I created doesn’t exist… 🤷🏼‍♀️ tried like 8 times making an account and no luck. Hoping this comment gets seen and the problem is fixed because i would absolutely love to meet more hippies, I would rlly rlly appreciate it. Expensive as well. They need to seriously lower the price until they have a larger user base.
