When I select recipes or anything for that matter from the home page- nothing happens- when it should/used to open up to the contents. I know of someone else having this issue with their app. Also, the pictures on the homepage look a bit distorted. Hopefully it’s just a bug and will be sorted soon! ### 3/5 — Pretty Food but needs an update AGAIN *2018-12-16* Like the recipes on here but the technical aspect of this app leaves more to be desired. I bought two packs (which already seems like a money grub) and 90% of the time they do not download properly and I cannot even see them! I used to make the cacao and macadamia granola all the time! They have now updated the app and the Rise and Shine pack has been locked again, asking me to pay if I want access back to all the recipes I’ve already paid for and used to use regularly!!!! Very disappointing ### 2/5 — Photos looks better than the actual recipes *2018-05-12* I love all the Instagram photos but the recipes from this APP is not very practical at all... also the instructions are not very easy to follow or to take in as everything is listed in one long list without categorizing them which makes it harder to conceptual the cooking process. Also instructions is written way too many steps and kinda wordy instead of easy to read and organized. Originally I was really excited to purchase this APP because of all the beautiful pictures, but turn out kinda disappointed by the deliver... Also, you will have to pay extra for content that is locked for farther purchase if you want to access more recipes feature in this APP. ### 5/5 — Such a great app! *2018-04-08* I’ve been following Taline on Instagram for ages now and she’s always been a huge inspiration! I purchased her app and was amazed, as always, by the recipes and layout! Simple and gorgeous, super easy to follow and go through. Delicious. I’ve just ordered her cookbook as well. Can’t wait to get it!! ### 5/5 — An invaluable resource for decadent guilt-free treats *2018-04-03* My initial reason for downloading this app was to have access to Taline Gabriel’s many creative vegan dessert recipes. The app, itself, is aesthetically gorgeous and totally easy to navigate. Since purchasing Hippie Lane 3 years ago, I have used it so many times - often for holiday meals so that, as a vegan, I would have desserts I could actually eat. The irony is that the desserts I made typically end up being the more popular ones on the table. The Raw Caramel Slices, in particular, always get rave reviews and are now requested at every holiday meal. In addition, these treats also make great - and welcome - offerings when going to someone’s house for a social occasion. Better still, the recipes are easy to follow and, while many feel decadent, you can enjoy them guilt free as they are all made with wholesome, plant-based, real food ingredients that won’t bloat you or make you feel heavy. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist so these recipes are something I can also feel really good about on a professional level, as well. I am a huge fan of this app and it has definitely been a worthwhile investment! ### 5/5 — 5 Star App *2018-04-02, version 1.7.6* Love the Hippie Lane app. My go-to for healthy recipes, every recipe is a winner. This is a trusted app always on my iPhone and iPad, with all the new pack updates. My favourite recipes are: the black bean brownies, rawnola, overnight oats and the blondies. Next up is the lemon loaf. Delicious food, incredible design, splendid photos and always expanding. This is one of my favourite cooking apps and Taline engages with her community beautifully.
