When I received it… washed it once it was a little faded.. second time washing it it’s so faded it’s ridiculous. It looks as if I owned it for 5 years. I’m very careful with my clothes as I do not buy for myself often. So I washed inside out on cold water and hung to dry. I paid $45 for this sweat shirt after contemplating for months if I should on myself that amount. Then after placing my order, I can now buy for $20. Hah. 🙄 Well when I wrote them they tell me I had 24 hours to make that complaint… I’m like, this isn’t something you find out in 24 hours. Well no response. So my advice is buyer beware. They deliver SO FAST I would swear they’re next door to me. Customer Service is top notch. I ordered the wrong size and was able to get it corrected via email and they emailed me back to confirm they’d corrected it. APP works really well and they have the funniest t-shirts on the market. The app constantly will just close as I’m shopping. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. I’ve updated the app but continue to have issues. ### 2/5 — Order issues, but cute clothes *2019-04-19, version 1.1* So first I have to start with my purchase on my tank top, which was AMAZING after I waited almost two weeks to get. I had the WORST customer service experience. I ordered one tank top and tracked it till it said it was delivered. Checked my mail box, which is a mail box with about 20 others in one, and I didn’t get it. After about two days I wrote customer service and they told me to check everyone in my house hold and to check with neighbors.. my household is my husband and myself, and again, my mail box contains at LEAST 20 other mail boxes in one giant thing. So I let them know that, and the same CSR, Sean, told me to file a claim with USPS... so I did and USPS website stated I have to wait 15 days.... so I waited a few days and decided, what the heck. So I started my claim. As I proceeded to submit my claim, USPS stated I was eligible due to insurance and some thing else, I can post the pic if needed. But so I couldn’t do that. I wrote customer service back, stating USPS refused my claim, I am not out a shirt and my $21.00, how is this going to be resolved.. Sean wrote me back and stated, there is nothing much more that we can do about it. Come to find out it never delivered to my mail box, went back to their warehouse, then shipped out again after I provided the same address... again shirt is great but the customer service blows. Received a bunch of compliments on it, like oh that’s funny where did you get that? Now I have a small obsession with this company. Absolutely love their products. They are funny, witty, straight forward, and down right hilarious. Once again I just ordered two more sweatshirts. I order them for gifts and my family loves them!
