I had to refinance my house to pay off my gambling debts and still only have 7 reward points, big scam.

I try to login so many times but nothing I reset my password 100 times but still the same and this IT chat cut my nerves something need to be fixed

After putting in correct details to link reward card, it just takes you back to the ‘Pre-Register/I have a Hippodrome rewards card’ screen - it doesn’t show a virtual version of your card like the app advertisement suggests it does. Can’t see my points or anything else.

This app doesn’t do anything it says it does.  It’s full of bugs and just terrible.  Will stick to my membership card until you sort it out.

Bugs galore. It took me ages to be able to register as the input buttons kept disappearing (I’m on an iPhone X). Once I finally registered I’ve been unable to login, I enter my details and I get a message that says we’ve had an issue. Tried resetting 3 times and still no joy.

Not sure why some reviews saying it doesn’t work, I’m a member and it works perfectly my card is live and I use it everyday- if your a member you should have this - it also has a wallet balance now

Fantastic app. I can get rid of the plastic card as the details are on the app, see my points, spend them and get discounts. Simple and perfect
