Your horse has a history. Hippolife keeps it in order. Vaccinations, shoeing, deworming, check-ups: the dates that matter end up scattered between phone reminders, messages with the vet and sheets pinned up in the tack room. Hippolife brings them together in one place and warns you before they expire. Hippolife is free to download and the Free plan manages one horse. Features marked (PREMIUM) require the subscription described at the bottom. COMPLETE HEALTH RECORD More than fifteen event types — from vaccination to colic, from treatment to shoeing — each with date, professional, cost, notes and attachments. The X-ray your vet sent stays attached to the day it belongs to, instead of getting lost in your photo library. DEADLINES THAT RESCHEDULE THEMSELVES Mark a shoeing as done and the next one moves forward on its own. No reminders to recreate. If you like, you get one email in the evening with everything coming up, as far ahead as you choose. Works without a connection. Signal comes and goes at the barn: what you log is saved on your phone, shows up right away and is sent automatically when you're back online, photos and documents included. A bar at the top shows how many changes are waiting. Clients and lessons, for instructors. One sheet per horse-and-rider pair: service, goals and difficulties, lessons marked done with one tap, cancellations with a reason, notes. 10-lesson packages with the lessons left, paid or unpaid, and an alert when a package is about to run out. Choose the Instructor profile in Settings. Your team works with you. When you invite someone, choose whether they can edit or only view: people who can edit work right in the horse's sheet, in the sections you shared. Feeding. Enter how much feed you have and how much you give each day: a week before it runs out, the app reminds you to reorder. When adding an item you'll see what you already give your other horses and the most common products. Expenses for all your horses: this month's and this year's total, horse by horse. Stable log: next to "ate" there's now "mucked". Notifications that take you to the right place: tap and you land on the client, the horse or the feeding page. Have a code? In Settings you can enter an ambassador or promotional code. Fixes: large PDFs now upload, up to 100 MB; the feeding form tells you what's missing instead of not saving; the document expiry field no longer runs off the screen; the in-app guide has been rewritten to cover every feature. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-08 This is the biggest release since Hippolife started: almost everything that happens to your horse in the months when the vet is not there now has a place to live. I noticed something. The button you press when you are worried: a limp, some heat, a cut. Write what you saw, add a photo, and when it clears up you mark it as cleared instead of deleting it — because "it went away on its own in three days" is the first thing your vet will ask about. Treatments with doses to tick off. You record the course once, then tick each dose as you give it. Whoever looks after your horse can see at a glance whether the 8am dose is done, and you can see the ones that were missed. Training, weight and trends. Sessions become numbers: how many this month, how many hours. Weight and body condition in a chart, with diary photos side by side in date order. And an honest comparison between the last three months and the three before — signals to bring to your vet, never a diagnosis. What it really costs. Fixed and variable costs stay separate: livery will still be there next year, last year's vet bills are an average. Adding them into one number would be passing off a bet as a quote. You can also put two months side by side: spending, training, clinical events, weight. Travel with a loading checklist you can save and reuse. An equipment inventory with photo, brand and price. An insurance register: write the policy with its expiry date and the app creates the renewal reminder. Goals that measure themselves by counting your training sessions. Shared day book and daily care log. Whoever passes by the yard writes how it went, and you read it even when you are not there. Plus five boxes a day — fed, watered, mucked out, worked, turned out — in one row that updates, even when two of you look after the horse. If something happens to me. The one page in the app you will not be the one to read: trusted person, vet, routine, medicines, instructions. It prints, and it goes in the document folder next to the passport. Also: the Emergency screen now puts one big call button at the top, with allergies and ongoing treatments above everything else. The home screen tells you what needs doing today. We remember your horse's birthday. And you can write what he is like — what he loves, what he cannot stand — because that is what nobody inherits when a horse changes hands. Fixes: deleting an event is now something you can see you can do; report scanning tells you what actually went wrong instead of one message for everything; when a new version is out the app tells you when you open it. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-07 14-day free trial and a yearly plan. You can try Premium for two weeks without paying, and choose the yearly subscription at EUR 49.99: 17% less than monthly. Email reminders. A single email in the evening with everything coming up, as far ahead as you decide — 1, 3 or 5 days before. You set it in the new Settings, together with language, theme, notifications and plan. Breeding and stud farm (Premium). Heat cycles, with the average cycle worked out from your own data and the next one estimated. Coverings and inseminations, with the foaling date and a realistic window. Pregnancy checks, foaling, and the foal's record created by the app with dam and sire already linked. When you record a covering, the app suggests the reminders for the whole pregnancy: keep the ones you need and remove the rest. If you run a stud farm you can say so in Settings: a Stud Farm screen appears, with your broodmares and their status, current pregnancies, foals, the next three months' calendar, the season's figures and the production cost of each foal. Fixed expenses. Set the livery fee once and it records itself every month, on the right day. The same works for yearly insurance or feed every three months, and at the top of the Expenses page you see what your fixed costs add up to each month. The assistant now sits in the middle of the bottom bar, where your thumb lands. The first time, the app introduces itself in six screens, and the full guide stays in Settings for when you need it. On the home screen there is a checklist of first steps. Fixes: an invitation link received by email now opens the app instead of the browser; exporting your data goes through the iOS share sheet and actually works; the location permission is asked for when it is needed. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-04 Le foto ora si vedono ovunque nell'app: nella cartella clinica, negli allegati degli eventi, nel passaporto pubblico e sui cavalli condivisi con il tuo team. Parte l'email, e trovi anche un pulsante per copiare il link e mandarlo come preferisci: la persona che inviti vede da chi arriva l'invito e per quale cavallo.
