## What is HiProfile?

HiProfile serves the purpose of encouraging social interaction and is targeted at young vibrant personalities. Essentially, the popularity and social activity of a person is recognised and rewarded. Aiming to break the trend of isolation and lack of socialisation in today’s youth, the popularity and interactive abilities of a person, with or without a social flair, is directly encouraged and rewarded. Join a competitive environment of influential people and broaden your social circle. Get recognised for your popularity and earn your ‘Fame Rank’. Show off your fame globally while building it even further! 

•	HiProfile has several different features implemented into a well designed unit. Within the map section of the app your presence can be seen by friends and new users with a radiating pulse related to how famous you are. Filter options are available for the map like ‘Visibility’ and ‘Looking For’. ‘Visibility’ of a user is changeable where a user can choose who the user wants to be seen by, also based on a popularity scale. The ‘Looking For’ feature controls who you want to view on your map with regard to fame. View areas with a high concentration of popular users to see where hotspots and new trending venues are located.

•	Set your ‘Approachability’ to represent your ‘mood’ on a red to green scale based on how approachable you feel in that moment. This is something new to the social networking world that diminishes the fear of rejection of people who want to meet new people. View the ‘Approachability’ of others that you may want to meet to increase your chances of a friendly encounter. 

•	Progress in the app and earn social points to increase your Fame Rank and popularity. The adding of another user is done through the use of QR codes and friends requests. Once you have earned points and become friends with another user, you will both be able to view each others Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter profiles instantly through links from user profile pages. See how your friends are progressing and who they're meeting to compete with them and grow your fame!

•	Build your business profile and make your presence known on our trending-venue map. Increase your business glow and attract more people to your location. Represent your business categories on the ‘Sideview’ feature that shows off your venue’s facilities in relation to its location. 

•	Other features within the app include health tips, weather and latest trends to enhance your lifestyle.
