After a few years break on Android without that app, I am back to iPhone. And despite of owning the gear, they now force me to go on subscription to access to them. What an inconsiderate move towards their pioneer users. When I changed to my most recent phone I somehow lost a lot of my film and lenses I have purchased over the years. Basically when I go to download it asks me to pay… again. I have contacted them multiple times about this. I have done what they asked and nothing happened. I am tired of trying to get their attention so it is time I move on. But it sucks because I really loved using it. If I could give zero stars I would. Highly disappointed in you and your lack of proper help. UPDATE: someone got back to me but not the help I wanted. I don’t want to go to the new version. I want all my gear I PURCHASED to be back on the classic version. It’s more user friendly and easier to navigate.
