And even when it worked, the titles of the areas did not appear on the main screen. One had to guess which area it would be in order to control the volumes... ### 1/5 — Enganaçqo pura... *2016-07-24* Uma vergonha a Apple permitir essas enganaçoes ### 1/5 — Doesn't work consistently! *2015-03-26, version 1.0.7* If.... You can get the app to connect to your network (which is not as easy as it should be) the app works --o.k., but if you disconnect from the network, and reconnect later- all is lost. The example panels do not disable, and the subscription rate adjustment kicks you off the app. The panel design in audio architect gives you scroll bars on the iPhone panels when it's suppose to be a fixed screen size. If your image overlaps the panel edge, then the scroll bar appears. Overall- fairly disappointed with the quality for the 10 dollar price of the app. Until the bugs are fixed. Can't get it to work on iPad. Indicator lights don't work. Only able to get buttons to work currently. Hopefully they come out with a new release soon that addresses these issues. ### 1/5 — Bummer. *2014-01-14, version 1.0.3* This app seems to be just as useless as the powered by crown app. Maybe your intent for the software may not be as demanding, but this is EXTREMELY limited!! And 10 bucks? Really? Wish I would have kept my money. Give me control of compressors, limiters, and parametric EQ and my opinion will completely change. You will not be able to control or display EQ, compression, or any of a number of the controls that would be important in a day to day audio environment. The few handles on the Harman devices that you will be able to display and/or control are EXTREMELY LIMITED. This software is not ready for release to the audio market for free, let alone at the expense of $10.00. This app does NOT work. It’s not even aspect ratio’d for current iPhone screens. Shame on Harmon for charging so much money for a terrible app. I just thought maybe it would give me some simple control during the install process. Nope. Couldn’t get it to connect to the amp. Crashed like 50 times. Just simply won’t work. ### 1/5 — Completely outdated on new Apple devices. *2020-11-06* Last updated was done 3 year ago, Apple moved on with their devices (iPhone and iPad) but Harman with the app didn’t. It can take 20 tries to keep the app active which is frustrating in a jam. I’ve used competitor apps that connect no issue and will attempt to force a connection if it gets weak rather than kick you out. Um pena pois aparelhos como a linha BLU da BSS poderiam ser muito melhor explorados com um App e um editor decente. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Took the risk, and it paid off *2021-06-10, version 1.1.9* I decided to give it a shot despite the low ratings. I'm running an iPad on iOS 9.4.3 and I was able to get it to work. Make sure you're on the same network, and in Audio Architect make sure you're on the "Run Venue" option while online. As someone else mentioned, locking the panel settings seemed to help. It is very responsive while walking on the floor. No delay at all. Extremely useful for managing audio in a large facility and being able to hear the changes you're making while making them. ### 5/5 — HiQNet Motion Control works great *2021-02-05, version 1.1.9* This review is written on 2/5/2021. I’m using iOS 14.4, and the app works exactly as it did 5 years ago. There was a point where I couldn’t get the phone to show up in Discovered devices. I logged on with tech support, and he couldn’t get it to pop up, either. Moments later, it just suddenly showed up in NetSetter, and has worked perfectly for several days. I’m certified with nearly all manufacturers of DSPs, and this app is by far the most powerful. Combined with truly beautiful wall remotes, there’s never been a time I couldn’t create highly functional A/V system control. Kudos to BSS Audio. ### 5/5 — Funktioniert! *2020-10-26* Klappt einwandfrei und bin froh das es die App gibt! Zugegeben es ist nicht unbedingt alles selbsterklärend und man muss hier und da vielleicht ein paar Minuten tüfteln bis es funktioniert, aber hier darf ruhig Ahnung voraussetzen! Once configured through Audio Architect, I use it to control not only the audio, but the lighting and IR remote control of the entire system. The secret seems to be selecting “Lock App Settings” from the panel selection page in Audio Architect. That finally made the example panels go away and my panels appear. Controls worked but did look different.
