## What is Hirameki?

Hirameki is a notes app where you tell your ideas to a little buddy.
A cat, a dog or an owl takes each idea, turns around and tucks it away in a box for you.

■ Just say it
・Tap "Talk to My Buddy" and speak; your buddy writes it down (speech recognition runs on your device; if your device doesn't support it, you can type instead)
・Say "Talk to my buddy in Hirameki" to Siri and the app opens, ready to listen
・Name a shortcut "Eureka" and you can say "Hey Siri, Eureka"
・Remembered something more? Add to the idea you just saved

■ Sorted for you, easy to look back on
・Ideas are sorted into Things to make, Places to go, Things to do, Things to check and more
・Change, rename or merge categories yourself
・Search by words or categories
・Your buddy brings back an idea you saved before
・Pin the important ones and your buddy holds the card up, sparkling, and puts it in a treasure box

■ A shopping list too
・Say "Add milk and eggs to my shopping list" (or in Japanese, 「買い物に牛乳と卵を入れて」 or just 「買い物に牛乳」) and the items become a checklist
・Tap to check items off, then clear the bought ones

■ Straight to your calendar
・Mention a date or time, like "dentist tomorrow at 3pm", and the card shows "Add to Calendar"
・Tap it to open a new event with the title, time and notes already filled in, then save it (no calendar access needed)
・When you save, your buddy turns to a little calendar and pins the card onto it
・Turn on "Add ideas with a date to my calendar automatically" in settings and a new idea with exactly one upcoming date or time is added as an event as you save it (title and time only; turning it on asks for permission to add to your calendar, and the app never reads your calendar)

■ Talk with one tap from a widget
・Put your buddy on the Home Screen. Tap it and the app starts listening right away (small is free, medium comes with Hirameki Plus)
・Lock Screen widgets start listening too (they never show titles)
・On iOS 18 and later, add "Talk to my buddy" to Control Center or the Action Button
・Turn it on in settings to see your idea titles in the Home Screen widget (off by default). Only titles are kept in a shared place on your device and never sent anywhere

■ Safe and simple
・Ideas are stored on your device. Deleted something by mistake? Restore it from Recently Deleted
・Export everything as text (TXT) or data (JSON)
・No account needed. The developer never sees your ideas

■ Hirameki Plus (in-app purchase)
Free: talk and save, the shopping list and exports, with up to 30 ideas (shopping lists don't count) and the first buddy you choose.
Hirameki Plus adds:
・Save as many ideas as you like
・Cat, dog and owl: all three as your buddy
・Sync your iPhone and iPad through iCloud (stored in your own iCloud)
・On-device AI adds titles, categories and summaries (iOS 26 or later on devices that support Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on and its model ready. Ideas over 3,000 characters keep the simple sorting. The purchase screen shows whether it works on your device)

Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew automatically and are charged to your Apple Account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them under Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available.
After cancelling, you can still read, edit and export every idea (new ideas stop at 30, and iCloud sync pauses without deleting anything).
