### 1/5 — Issue with Manage Family Members

I added 5 members in the app so as to have accessibility of reports, bills and prescriptions. But every time I login in random 2-3 members are removed from the list and I have to sit and add that member again. The OTP never comes. Cannot download anything in PDF. I have to take screenshots. Totally Useless App….

Looks like the app is developed as part of some school project by some student 

First I added my details and registered as first member . Then while adding my mother and father , the search didn’t work . I tried with their MR numbers, New UHID, with different formats etc but nothing worked. It just didn’t search the existing records
Then I added them as new patients. For booking appointment I selected one of them at the top as the top bar showed three patients. Booked appointment. Now the app is not showing my patient profile or my father’s profile. Tried restarting etc but didn’t work… 

It’s complete garbage

Never expected such poor quality from Hiranandani Hospital

Basic Functionality such as download of reports not working on the App. Looks like they released the App without proper testing on iOS

Doctors are not available in emergency ward and that ward handle by only juniors doctor which is very sensitive section

The App has not yet been developed properly? It keeps changing data such as DOB by itself. The system does not allow editing. There are several issues and bugs which need to be addressed . At the moment it’s a torture on behalf of the hospital for their patients. Please revert to the old system till this App is fully developed .

While trying to add family member, keypad just sits over button without an option to move forward, making impossible to add a family member

When I enter my registered mobile number for logging in using OTP, the error message says ‘Please enter correct number’.

When i click on Forgot Password option, and enter my UHID, the error message says ‘Patient Not Registered’ whereas I have been registered with the hospital for more than a year. 
How am I supposed to log in to the Patient Portal App?? The reports are supposed to be available only on the app, and I am unable to login using either of the two available login options!
