I have never seen this stupid broadband… irresponsible recklessness…/ they don’t know how to solve problem 
One of the waste service they are providing 
If we file a complaint they don’t resolve but they send status as complete and problem resolved… fully waste of money
Since the starting day of this service am facing issue but no one cares… please don’t choose this broadband

I an trying to register a complaint but it doesnt give me any options to select from drop down of “complaint maintype” and “complaint subtype” . Wothout selecting those it doesnt allow to register the complaint. How the hell can I raise the complaint if this is not fixed. Its been almost 3 months that i am having this issue. DO SOMETHING AND PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE
