Says they will pay at 3 the next day but thats a lie. Its almost 10 pm and they owe me $200 from yesterday and no one is answering me

I tired everything closing/opening the app 
Uninstalled, did the offload. But nothing..
Tried signing in but takes me to a blank page 
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. 
Please fix
