It also means a lot to me that I’m supporting local, small biz. I found my favorite handyman through Nimbus! ### 5/5 — Easy to find and book top pros. *2025-10-02* Did 4 jobs so far. A plumbing issue, installing water filtration system, a small roofing issue, and landscaping. Great pros and no nonsense, best-in-class UX. Love it! My go-to app for all things home services. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — Worse than Dobby in every way *2025-11-25* I really liked how dobby tracked your tasks by the job you wanted done, matching you at the pros that actually did your job. Now, you reached out to the pros yourself, and I’ve had many pros refuse to do my maintenance job or ghost me. Before, if a thing with a pro didn’t work out, you could ask dobby to assign you a new one. The new app doesn’t have this function. **Developer response:** Dear 1762etc, thank you so much for your feedback and for being an early Nimbus user. Based on your feedback, we are adding a direct support chat for homeowners on Nimbus, so that you can communicate with us directly if you are having any difficulties matching with one of our providers. With Nimbus, we are removing the middleman which lowers the cost of doing business, so that you enjoy the same top-quality home services at lower prices. But based on your feedback, we will also implement additional tracking to flag when jobs are not moving forward in the system and check in. Thank you again for this review and feedback!
