HireRoad is not an employer. It is a recruitment tool to help people get jobs. HireRoad gives job seekers free access to jobs for traditional employment as well as short term independent work posted by businesses, corporations, recruiters and hiring agencies. Post traditional employment opportunities through the web portal at HireRoad.us Recruitment — HireRoad simplifies the process and the promotion of job posts and increases visibility in the marketplace — $1.23 per post Post jobs and manage posts through our web portal: HireRoad.us Want to hire an Independent Worker for 4 hours or more? No problem. Log into the app as a Business and follow the steps to post a shift/gig. $15 minimum for independent workers. An additional $4.20 fee per hour worked through the app, will be applied. 1099Ks are automatically generated for workers who are paid through HireRoad a product of Cover Shiftz, LLC using the Stripe payment processing system. The biggest of which is the true cost of an employee with a lot more than there wage. It saves so much hassle and gives me so much more freedom to focus on baking items for my bakery rather than doing something that takes me away from that like bookwork associated with employees.
